First time I used this saw I cut a 25” diameter dead fallen tree into 3 pieces with it! I was very impressed with this saw! I bought it for storm damage, but I use it anytime I need it! It’s always ready when I need it! No mess in my vehicle! Not the least disappointed in my purchase! ❤
Great little saw especially for limbing, cuts surprisingly good and the smaller chain is far safer than the more aggressive larger ones which tend to grab small branches and yank the saw forward - dangerous on a ladder!
Spot on! I agree, the saw has great chain speed and rips through material without any surprises. I am thinking a saw off between the DeWalt and the Stihl will be in order this fall!

Nice video.... just one thing though....HAND BRAKE!!! I was screaming that through most of the video because you kept leaving the hand brake off and waving the chain saw around, very dangerous, not a good practice.
I appreciate the concern! Sorry for the stress! Fyi, the saw is worth every penny, I gave this one to my dad and kept the DeWalt , however I upgraded the DeWalt to a 5ah power stack batter so we will see how it can hold up to the Stihl
