    Wirklich ein schönes Video, mag deine ruhige Stimme und die Ruhe mit der Du so vieles erklärst. Bist eben ein total sympathischer Mensch. :) Liebe Grüße. :)

    Nice video Jenna. I put a 12" dime on mine, it doesn't jump as much but I'm going to switch to a 8".

    Hey Jenna, really great review. If you did look down the AP battery range maybe look into the MSA220 still light weight but a bit more power. It would be great to get a carving review on the MSA120. The best battery powered saw we have tested would probably be the Husqvarna 540IXP. We done a video on them about 18 months ago.

      Thank you! I'll have to look into them and check out that video. Husqvarna does have pretty great battery saws. thanks for watching!

    Welcome back to RUclips. Lol. I just bought a 141 corded. Waiting on a new bar.

    I have a MS 170 with a 12-inch dime tip Stihl bar and an MSA 120 with same size in Canon. I wish I would have spent the extra money for the MSA 140. The small battery saw won't take aggressive cuts at all. But, since I live in the city now, I use corded and cordless. my original saw I bought was a Homelite 23 AV then I got the Stihl as my firewood saw and carving saw when the former quit running. the 170 will take a full bar length of wood and cut it at the speed one expects for a small saw.

    HI! can I ask you a question? I have been dedicating myself to sculptures for years, but I have mainly worked on small jobs, and I wanted to get a chainsaw that would allow me to do nice jobs, green man, wooden spirit, but also animals and other things. I already do a lot of other woodworking, such as automatons, pyrography, etc., so I can't afford two chainsaws. If you had to recommend only one, which of the two could you recommend? I like the battery-powered one, but I'm afraid it's not very powerful for some jobs, thank you 🙏

    Hi Jenna, thanks for this review. I will probably get a Cannon dime bar.
    I'm really new to chainsaw usage, and I was wondering, is that the correct tension to have on the chain at 4:08 ? I have been making mine tighter than that.
    Thanks.

      Hello Bob! Honestly it's your preference. Everyones going to have a different preference. I like to run mine a hair looser mostly because if i'm running the saw and I forget to put oil in it half way or whenever I don't want my bar burning up as bad and possible snapping off. do what make you comfortable :)

    Thanks Jenna..been looking at getting a light weight battery chainsaw fir the detail work as I'm currently using a Ms170 and can be tricky to manoeuvre in certain areas. Did you have to change the cog on the saw when you changed it to the 8" dime tip bar?

    • @chainsawjenna
      @chainsawjenna  2 года назад +1

      Theres a couple really great saw out there for doing detail work. Like the Ms150 c (if you can find one) Ms193c, the Ms 201c also the msa 140 battery is pretty popular and no what you saw me do is all that I did with changing out wise. Thanks for watching Hope this helped! 😁

    Where do you get that 8" Cannon bar? I've been trying to get one. Also what chain are you using with the 8"bar?
    Love your videos and your awesome carvings!

    It must loose power as the battery gets lower? That might be a pain? Just asking 👍🏽great video Jenna 👍🏽

    • @chainsawjenna
      @chainsawjenna  2 года назад +1

      I couldn't tell a difference until it's last thread of life on the battery. I would say over all it has consistent power.

    • @drlooneykitzman1993

      Mine doesn't loose power till the battery is done. Pretty consistent till the end.

  • @77Avadon77

    How long could that battery actually last? Wouldn't it be better to use a saw that is just plugged in to power?

      I actually prefer the battery ones more, due to safety reasons. I think the corded ones are nice if you get use to the awkwardness and try not to cord the cord.LOL
