In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced level cardio workout using weights with no hops, squats or floor work. This is another "Best Of" series exercise session that incorporates the most effective movements to help build strength, burn fat, add flexibility and gain energy!
This workout uses light weight dumbbells for some of the movements but you can always substitute using cans of soup or water bottles if you do not have dumbbells. You can also follow along using your range of motion without weights for an effective workout as well.
This is an advanced level workout so be sure to preview this exercise in full if you don't feel completely comfortable doing movements that are more advanced. As always, remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause you any pain or discomfort. And most important of all, have a great workout!

Great challenging workout! Liked that it was both cardio and strength training. I usually use the same weights as you but found I needed to go lighter ie 3lbs for cardio and 5lbs for strength (usually use 5/8lbs) as I was swinging/using momentum with heavier weights. Thanks so much!

I really enjoyed this workout, and doing the two moves and different weights really moved it along. I have to confess to getting befuddled with the side/back moves though, so I modified them a bit 🤭 thanks Meredith.

How heavy are the weights of your dumbbells
I am using 10 for the strength and 5 for the cardio(unless otherwise stated and used for some exercises). Thank you!!
Love your workout but less talk and demo would be great, it is easier to follow than explaining since it is only 35 min long….
