    Thanks. This is really the best and safe workout. Im an active 69 yrs old. Mix and match a diverse Excercise routine. Enjoy a series of your exercises. Had overworked my knee in the last few days. Lucky me, this video was available at just the right time. Been following it since and benefiting even with a weak knee. You are the BEST!

    Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I just found this and I was pleasantly surprised to discover the foot/ankle exercises. Boy do I need these as I messed up my ankle from 10 years of doing long commutes.
    I’m not sure that I would have found this video with just a search for ankle mobility. It just what I needed.

    So good to work with ankles, this body part gets neglected way too much in workouts. As a skater it’s so vital to have strong ankles and shins.❤❤❤

    I am 50 years old and sit at my desk all day. I meed help stretching so bad. My hip flexors are so tight. Do you have videos on beginning stretching and hip flexors. I love your videos. Thank you for your time.

    I am using your custom workout plan which is great. and this was one of the exercises under cardio. I thought this would be too easy but was wrong. It is a great for balance cardio and core. I am 78 years old but you are keeping my body young. You are tremendous helping us seniors with your wonderful attitude, carefully crafted workout routine. Thank you also for your live stream videos. It's nice to see your world wide impact..

      Yes, Patricia, you can add very light weights/wrist weights to make it a more strength training workout instead of a stretch.

    I was like, "what am I gonna do with everyone today..." I thought I'd mix it up with your seated arm workout, followed by one of your balance programs, and end with a stretch. I open up RUclips and what do I find?.... Thanks Meredith! P.S. While we didn't join your LiveStream last month we did do it the day after; we were all together in the US for Mother's Day (I have a picture, but we're all not in sync and it just looks wrong) Anyway... hope to make it live for the next one.
