Just completed the workout. Excellent workout for my morning session. Simple and doable moves. Just loved it, perfect. As for further enhancement, I add on a 2LB dumbbells. Tqvm for the video.
Love this video. I haven't worked out in over thirty years, and my doctor told me to get moving to lower my cholesterol. Your videos are the best on You Tube. I'll working up to using weights soon. Thanks for making it so easy to get started.
Well after covid it love to me with exercise anxiety I've lost weight I feel good I've been walking every day regardless of the weather I've been completing your workouts again. I've noticed that I have exercise anxiety if my heart rate goes a little bit higher than I want it and I have anxiety. So I just chill out but I'm thankful that I can finish your exercises now. God bless you for everything that you do.

I just recently discovered your senior workout videos. They are SO much better for those of us with knee issues. I find that I can't always keep up with you, but as you mention several times, I keep up at the rate my body is comfortable with. Thank you for creating these workouts with us seniors in mind. We need to keep moving too!

I love this workout! I tried a faster paced one on a different channel and it was exhausting and my calf hurt the next day. Your pace is perfect which leaves me feeling invigorated! I can follow the workout easily so now I turn down the volume and listen to BTS. I have already noticed walking up the stairs is less tiring! Thanks you are awesome!

I do love your routines that don’t involve any equipment. I am at present suffering a lot of discomfort in a lot of my joints, it would be so easy to not do anything but I know I must keep moving to try and help myself. I do try and modify some of your routines that use equipment, some routines work better than others by taking out the equipment. I’m so grateful for all you do to keep me moving and flexible, and I will never give in even if some days are harder than others. Thank you Meredith. X❤️

Nice one Meredith, having to take it slow as had an injection in my wrist yesterday for my carpal tunnel and throbs a bit, so not moving it much, but legs are going ok, this is just the right amount of time I want to workout too thank you

Gd mrng Meredith..just to share with you that I've just completed this workout after completing the exercise for low impact cardio Warmup. So it's a back to back exercises from my favourite RUclips instructor. Feeling great. In fact I'm using a 2lb dumb bells to further enhance my workout, I think. I supposed I've done my arm toning exercises schedule for today and fat burning walking workout. Ready to start the day with full of vitality and high spirits. Tqvm Meredith for the great video. On a bad day I may only do a short one, but some of your others are great on days when I have more energy or scope to exercise. I love the fact that you explain everything really clearly, and I know exactly what I'm supposed to do. Also you don't nag or shout - I know some people are motivated by that "sergeant-major" approach but I find it off-putting! You're great!

Opted for chair version. Quick, easy...with modifications from your other seated workouts as well as a few Paul Eugene moves. Will revisit and do standing on good balance day. Thanks. :)

As always you made me feel comfortable, positive about my abilities but no negative feelings about anything that required a bit more concentration and coordination. Shame my Rosie Dog seems determined to break my neck, appearing behind me from nowhere and 'woofing' at me as she's still not adjusted to indoor exercise at home lol.

As for your question, yes it is a beneficial done seated as far as heart rate/cardiovascular work and endurance is concerned. The main difference with seated vs standing is the balance/core aspect as well as the weight bearing you get standing. Seated is still a great way to go and so important to listen to the body and stay seated when needed. I hope this helps! Remember I am here for you whenever needed! Take care, Meredith
