Senior Fitness - 15 Min Beginner Standing Cardio Workout

    Welcome to another workout session! In this video we are going through a great cardio workout routine that you can do with us right at home.
    Regular cardio exercise is a great way to keep your heart healthy as you go through your daily routine of walking, jogging, climbing stairs or just being active overall.
    For this workout, all you need is a moderate space for you to move around in and if needed, a sturdy chair for you to hold for extra balance.
    The routines in this video are geared towards easy - to - do movements and are meant to get your whole body involved!
    Having a healthy heart helps you in whatever you do and sticking to a regular cardio routine like this one is a great way to make sure your heart is always in tip-top shape!
    As always, you only should do what feels comfortable for you and your body. If you aren’t used to doing standing cardio then you can substitute these movements whilst sitting in a chair.
    Remember to drink lots of water as you go through this routine and always break for rest when you need it.

    I’m a disabled senior and your videos have helped me become able to walk around my home with a walker. My Physical Therapist plans to use your videos with his senior clients. Thanks for your awesome videos.

    Senior Fitness With Meredith: These like this are the BEST EVER! PLEASE keep us up off the floor, as well as truly low impact, as much as possible, pleeeaaassee do more like these, love this, need these, and am so THANKFUL for you and these types of easy on us whom are in severe pain a lot, so I am thankful to you beautiful Meredith, for your hard work and creativity and friendly, inspiring personality, but I don't like crunches anymore, nor any equipment other than my very light weights, due to recently being in severe pain almost 60 percent of the time! So i needed a new online workout lady for these hard times, but one whom could still be creative, and make me work hard, but be easy on my joints and other issues, t.y., and t.y. again, please more like this, and about 15 mins is perfect!

    You move so fast for 80 year old trying to keep up with your music and timing can you recommend something slower
