I know this video is 2 years old, but I just found it and truly appreciate the tempo and attention to knees and doing what feels comfortable. I had been doing Leslie Sansone’s walk videos and they are just too fast for me now. It’s time to listen to our bodies and do what is best once we approach our 60’s, 70’s and beyond. For me, this is still the best standing cardio routine. Like your other videos, too. Elastic band stretches is a really good one too. Thank you again and again for all you do for us.
I do these exercises with my mom on video call every weekend. She lives in other side of the world. Using your video, I spend time with her and encourage her to be active 2 days a week. She really likes it. Thank you for sharing this video and program with us ! 🙏❤️

I'm coming back from cancer treatment, just finished last week, and am I ever out of shape! I made 5 minutes, then I had to sit down! No worries - I'll go 5 minutes until I can go a few more, and a few more, and soon I will be up to the full 15. Thank you for something I can start with.

@@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith I've done two marathons, so I know how "a minute more" can add up over time. I'd like to do the Portland Marathon in October. That's a big goal, but "a minute more" every day between now and then and those miles will be easy!
Okay, I got to the end, but some of the footwork is a challenge because of balance issues. But, again, just a bit more every day and I'll get those down, then it's working at getting the arms pumping and reaching higher and getting the knees up. But my body is responding really well! Happy 2022 everybody!
So glad I found this. I have arthritis from the jaw down and fibromyalgia. I have been doing this routine daily for two weeks. Towards the end I am going half pace, but reassure myself it's still doing me good . I can already feel the benefit: I've lost weight and my balance is definitely improving too.

Just found your channel Meredith and so grateful I did. You truly are doing senior workouts. It amazing! I’ll be checking out all of your workouts. I recently had an RFA on my lower spine to hopefully reduce the arthritic pain. It took a long time to come out of the side effects, but have recently been able to do mild workouts and yours fit the requirements perfectly. Hi Meredith, I love this workout video! I have searched wide and low for a video that was at a smooth steady pace to do in the mornings to get my blood flowing. This video is perfect for just that! The music in this video is also at a beautiful calming pace! Some of your other videos you can't hear the music. If I can make a request, I would love it if you can make a video just like this one, but for 20 minutes, and maybe one for 30 minutes if that is within your exercise program criteria. An intermediate low Impact workout at a beautiful steady pace for longer durations! Thank you for what you do!! It is empowering and enriching many lives!!

Good work out. I had to put the play back speed to 0.75x to start out. I think after a week or 2 I’ll be able to do it at normal speed. Thanks for the home video. To think I use to lift weights and work out in a gym 6 days a week just 4 years ago and now I can barely do this. At least it’s a start! 🏃♀️

I also wanted to add that do not let anyone tell you that you repeat too much. I know I need to be reminded again and again to pull in my abdominal muscles and to breathe. You are not a senior but you understand us. You are a beautiful lady and do everything just right !

thank you. i am only in my early fifties but my body feels weak and i get easily tired and stressed out. this is a workable cardio exercise for me which can help me lift up my mood and spirit.

Hi Meredith I have been neglecting my exercise regime in the mornings. Although I am walking 6 to 7 kms each week with a group and I have been riding my indoor bike, but not everyday. I have also taken up bowling too. But this is my favourite "wake up" routine. Commiting to this now. At the age of 71 I know I have to take care of myself. By the way I have lost 28 lbs in 15 months since I started plant based eating.

Hi Meredith! I too add my thanks. My mother who is senior and in need of exercise did this routine today. She found it challenging but feels encouraged to try it again. It can be hard to find routines that are not too overwhelming for a true beginner. I did it with her and thought it was fun. Perfect anytime but especially in quarantine!

I do this workout and one of your other routines depending how I feel every morning and I follow up with a TaiChi Qigong exercise routine. Hi Meredith, I love this workout video! I have searched wide and low for a video that was at a smooth steady pace to do in the mornings to get my blood flowing. This video is perfect for just that! The music in this video is also at a beautiful calming pace! Some of your other videos you can't hear the music. If I can make a request, I would love it if you can make a video just like this one, but for 20 minutes, and maybe one for 30 minutes if that is within your exercise program criteria. An intermediate low Impact workout at a beautiful steady pace for longer durations! Thank you for what you do!! It is empowering and enriching many lives!!

Good work out. I had to put the play back speed to 0.75x to start out. I think after a week or 2 I’ll be able to do it at normal speed. Thanks for the home video. To think I use to lift weights and work out in a gym 6 days a week just 4 years ago and now I can barely do this. At least it’s a start! 🏃♀️

I also wanted to add that do not let anyone tell you that you repeat too much. I know I need to be reminded again and again to pull in my abdominal muscles and to breathe. You are not a senior but you understand us. You are a beautiful lady and do everything just right !

Hi Meredith I have been neglecting my exercise regime in the mornings. Although I am walking 6 to 7 kms each week with a group and I have been riding my indoor bike, but not everyday. I have also taken up bowling too. But this is my favourite "wake up" routine. Commiting to this now. At the age of 71 I know I have to take care of myself. By the way I have lost 28 lbs in 15 months since I started plant based eating.

Hi Meredith! I too add my thanks. My mother who is senior and in need of exercise did this routine today. She found it challenging but feels encouraged to try it again. It can be hard to find routines that are not too overwhelming for a true beginner. I did it with her and thought it was fun. Perfect anytime but especially in quarantine!

Love working out with you Meredith. been away for a week or so as I had my chemo port removed on Thursday. On my way. Fully intend to keep on exercising each day. Thank you for everythng you do. It's been a tough couple of years for me- my husband of 53 years passed away 21 mos ago and then the breast cancer surgery and treatments, but I'm pushing on, with your help.

I'm so glad I found you on my tv you tube channel about a month ago. Your exercise routines are by far the best out there. You have such a friendly easy manner as well as a professional presentation. I do this workout and one of your other routines depending how I feel every morning and I follow up with a TaiChi Qigong exercise routine.
