The Polaris is beautiful, I have been waiting for years to have it, it seems that this year it is finally coming

How did you get those shots?
You can use F4 for external camera. Then there are plenty of keybinds that control the external camera like you saw in the video. You can see the keybinds and reassign them in the Settings screen.
