- Here's another follow-along movement class to help you make it through your COVID19 quarantine.
This one is a flow practice - the focus is on keeping your body in constant motion. We'll start with a mobility warm up, break down the movements, and practice blending the patterns in creative ways.

The first time I watched this vid I didin't make it halfway through. I was impatient and thought "I already know all these moves!" But the second time through, I realize that this video is amazing and it's more about learning the mechanics of flow to put these moves together!
