EVERYDAY MOBILITY: 15-minute Mobility Flow Warm Up / Movement Snack

  • This video is a simple 4-piece movement flow warm up, the kind we use before all our classes at the gym. We'll go through 2 rounds with some time at the end for extra wrist and shoulder work.
    This is a great movement-based general warm up to check-in with the body before your workout or to give yourself a little movement break in your busy day.

    As A 70’s Ballerina ….. we had to learn how to fall with grace …… useful in my performance as the wicked stepmother roll - Cinderella ……
    I have used this method of yours in my yoga classes - teaching functional movement over the traditional flows

    It's been 4 years, and I still come back to this practice. I've faced challenges/limitations to moving how I'd like to, but every time I feel up to getting back into movement I know I can count on your mindful guidance to help me ease in without over-doing. Thank you!

    Hi Hi! This is wonderful and the following criticism is not your fault, but due to the RUclips change in ads. This content is being broken up twice now within the 15 minutes. Could you go in and set the settings for ads for before and after and not during? I know you have to do it each one individually and its a pain. Thanks so much!
