- Pancakes were one of the first things I ever made as a kid. I ruined so many pancakes, but I appreciate loose vs. thick batter. I now know when to add more milk to adjust consistency. That comes with time, experience and screwing up a LOT of times. Breakfast sausage is as simple as putting it in a pan and turning them with tongs. Eggs, now that’s a whole different story. I am not an egg master. Far from it. One piece of advice I will pass along, when preparing your eggs in a bowl to scramble, add a little Olive Oil to the eggs (not milk); makes them very fluffy and yummy.
TIME TO PREPARE
10 minutes to make up batter
10-30 minutes to cook pancakes (depends on how big you make them)
10-15 minutes to cook breakfast sausages (some people like them more done than others)
10-15 minutes to scramble eggs
Serve Immediately
