- Join me for this 40-Minute Full Body Yoga Flow to cultivate a more mindful presence. So often we rush through our day on autopilot-- allowing our mind to wander off without much awareness to what's happening around us. This class will guide you through a practice incorporating mudras, affirmations, intentional asana sequencing and a body scan meditation at the end so that you can become more present and create a deeper connection with yourself, and those around you. ✨

Excellent class! Thank you! I like the longer classes 40-60 minutes, as it gives enough time to do a full body stretch and strength without having to rush. And after practicing yoga for three years, this is the first time I've had Puppy Pose explained so well - I was doing it wrong this whole time! Now I know why it used to hurt so much. I love your soft, soothing voice, very calming and centreing, and your instruction is conscise and precise. I also like the balancing poses to build strength. Awesome class! Thanks
