      Ouch my back didn't enjoy the low boats so I just stayed in boat pose..again! Great practice to challenge myself with after the end of Home :-) Thanks Adriene xx

    Day 29 Admire Feb 2024 I REALLY didn’t want to do yoga today. I have cramps am bloated and sleepy. I did it anyway and man oh man Adriene you did it again. I’m feel awake now and less bloated. Thank you Adriene I can’t wait to see what March has in store.

      You weren't alone, was feeling the same way all day. Put off today's final practice of Admire 2024 because of it. But so glad I completed before the day was through.

    Final day of Admire Feb 2024. Feeling rather emotional today. Two months of daily yoga practice in the books. On to month 3. That core work was rough today but I embraced the thought that every day is different and this is me today. Take care all!❤

    I got emotional doing this practice, went through the whole 40 min while crying. I tried to embrace it and allow it. For all the people out there who have to be strong and face life alone without anyone to count on for security, you are not alone! you are awesome! and you are safe in the universe! I love you even if you fall. you are only human.

Adriene mentioned this practice would be good if you need a kiss goodbye, and for that reason I was gonna pick another one because I was too scared to deal with my emotions.     I don't know about anyone else, but I found that doing the boat pose in this practice made it much easier to transition into the low and side variations than in previous practices! I'm highly grateful for that; I'm sure with time, it'll become increasingly fulfilling to be able to reach poses we once thought were more challenging. Hopefully, I'll see the rest of the community again in the future, especially Exhale 2024; sending all the best, love and light to you all! Take care 💕😊

    Blossom Day 12:
    Got on the mat early morning, intimidated by the length and intensity of this practice. It was challenging at places and I struggled to keep up, but what can one do? Some days are like this. You can't control everything and can just do what you can.
    I am still proud of myself for doing this practice and meeting my edge today. If you too are scared of the length of this, it's all good. Do what you can, even if it is for 5 min. Cheering for you! :)

    My husband, not even knowing today’s theme, just came to find me in savasana as I was finishing up and bent down to give me a real kiss! 😂 💗 What a way to finish off today’s practice!
    That said, I just finished Home a couple days ago, and this practice made me realize how much stronger my body is since I started practicing daily! I feel good today!

    I'm here a day earlier than it says in the Bridge calendar because I decided to swap Friday's and Saturday's practises. I have other sport hobbies, which means that I sometimes have to modify my yoga practises but I never skip the daily check-in! Wishing peace to anyone reading this❤ Also, the theme song of this practise is definitely Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix🤘🏼

    I did it!! I did yoga every day in February! All the videos on the calendar for this month. I’m feeling happy and surprised and proud. I started yoga with the January journey, I kinda expected to finish that because I felt that strange determined motivation that I sometimes (rarely though) get. However, I’ve never done yoga for more than 31 days in my life. And somehow this time it’s all different. I loved January, to continue felt logical and effortless, and now I’m here. And I feel so calm and strong and flexibel and, well, generally good. Thank you, Adriene!!

    Happy Leap Day to those of you practicing on the final practice of Admire 2024! 🤗 Normally, even if I'm feeling low energy, I take advantage of the higher energy moves anyway (like keeping the knee raised in high lunges), but today I am feeling a bit sick. It was a lovely opportunity to take it slow in a loving way ❤

    This practice holds a special place in my heart as it was the one that started my journey 227 days ago ♥ Looking back at my previous comments I can see just how much things have changed along the way. This one with all it's planks and core work doesn't intimidate me any more. It is one of my favourites in fact 💝 My planks are super strong, no more belly flops and I even managed every single boat this time! I have had no choice but to modify things not only in my daily practice but in my daily life as my joints become increasingly more painful but this journey has helped me stay physically and emotionally strong throughout and much more accepting of the changes that are taking place. Commiting to that finish this for the first time 8ish months ago was one of my best decisions and I'm so thankful for Adriene and this wonderful community ❤ Namaste everyone 💞

      Love this reflection. I revisited this one today for the first time in a while and was not expecting such a fierce and fiery work out. It was delicious though. And I can see how far I’ve come in the last few years too. Onward, my friend 🌀💜🌀

      @trishakingsbury2224 hi! I must admit I've been missing my daily check in with the people I connected with on here 💕 How are you doing? I got the amazing news a few months ago that I had a complete response to treatment and am in full remission!! Unfortunately, I'm still struggling to recover from the treatment itself which ended a year ago on the 18th November. I haven't managed to do even get y at out for such a long time 💔 I'm hoping to at least start a little bit and join in with the December calendar. I have a new puppy and he's such a clever little thing I'm pretty sure he will be joining me so hope that will give me the oomph I need to keep going as he thrives on routine. Big love to you and hopefully see you on the mat in a few days xx

      Amazing news about being in remission! I’m sending you loving healing vibes and hoping for a speedy recovery from here on out from the treatment. Glad you have a new puppy love too. It’s great to hear these updates and I am sure you’ll find new and juicy grooves in your yoga practice as you rebuild. I dropped off following the daily video suggestions in September but choose videos from the calendar here and there throughout each month. I started going to in person classes twice a week and have found a whole new spark in my practice. It has helped me weather a brutal mental health episode this fall and I am deeply grateful for the ritual of practice that I built through YWA over the last three years. It feels so poignant to have found each other again today for a check in. I love this community and am glad to still have connections here. Keep going, my love. 🌈

      I hope you are on the up now with your mental health. Mine has taken a bit of a battering too this last year which I'm being told is completely normal after cancer. I have a wonderful psychologist who is checking in by phone every few weeks as unfortunately the waiting list for in person therapy is huge. They identified during treatment that I need serious trauma therapy but in the meantime she's working with me by phone and post which is better than nothing.
      I lost my little old dog in the summer and he left such a huge hole in both my heart and the house so the new little pup is so therapeutic even though he is in the hard work stage. He's only 11 weeks old so nothing that won't pass with time. He's a maltese/poodle cross so absolutely beautiful and just like a little ball of cotton wool 😍 We gave him the name Sugar after lots of consideration as he looks as sweet as sugar but is as relentless as Alan Sugar and as tenacious and scrappy as Sugar Ray Leonard 😂 My grandaughter has been staying at the weekend so I can get a full night's sleep which is also lovely to get to spend some extended time with her. Even though I see her and my daughter several times a week it's nice to just be able to snuggle up on the sofa and chill with her. Which is where I'm about to go plonk myself.
      I think I may well do the same as you and dip in and out of the calendar, and choose other practice's that I feel more able to do. I will definitely pop in and check comments on the calendar ones though and keep in touch.
      Sending loving, healing energy right back at you and hope you continue to improve and enjoy your in person classes. That's not an option for me sadly as I live in a small village out in the sticks and I'm still not able to drive due to various medications so I'm even more grateful to our beautiful Adriene for the easy access to so many different practice's.

    Hi BLOSSOM internet yoga friends!🧘‍♂️🌸 The sun is out today and I love it! I can already feel it fuel me with positive and loving energy. I was quite intimidated by the length of this video because I honestly can’t wait to get outside in the sun. 🌞😂 In addition to that I’m still on my period and had to replace some core poses with stretches. The happy baby in the end was perfect though! I can only recommend doing that when you’re cramping. Sending lots of sunny vibes to all of you! I appreciate your comments so much!     Blossom day 12: this practice felt so LOVING! Like, this yoga practice loved me and took me in its comfortable hug to guide me to stillness and gratitude and peace of mind.     1st day of process.. turning to the mat every single day since 1st of january and it changed my life. Adriene changed my life. This one was amazing. Felt so good

      Also here since beginning of Breath. Didn't think I'd even get through that and yet I keep coming back every day. Has changed my self belief that I can stay on course and keep turning up for something so worthwhile. So let's keep going!

    What a way to continue the journey since coming ‘home’ over the last 30 days. I’m feeling connected again, after loving this mornings practice. I love the way Adriene says ‘hop into something comfy’ as I’m standing there in my pyjamas. Anyone else yoga on getting up and remain in pj’s? Love to all 🙏🌎😘

    I was hesitant to start this practice today e be n though I’ve proven to myself I can do longer practices but just when I finally stepped on the mat the sun came out and I was able to do my practice in the brightest crispiest sunshine! Much love!

    Today marks 6 months since I retired, and 6 months of almost daily yoga with Adriene. Before retirement, I did 3 or practices a week. During the first 4 months I also worked at losing 30 pounds. I am successfully keeping the weight off, and my knees don't complain on stairs any more. I have become a lot stronger. I can even see a tiny bicep bulge (if I flex in just the right way). I have begun trying to hop to the top of the mat when transitioning from down dog to forward fold. And this week, I have begun to add back some low impact cardio.
    I truly believe that if I hadn't found Adriene 7 or so years ago, I would be in terrible physical condition, but thankfully, I feel that I am in better shape than many in my age group.

      This is great to hear. Her practices are so easy to keep a routine with. I have had a couple periods when I lost track of regular practice with her but overall, I wish I had found this channel before May 2019 when I started following her.

    Kiss started off so gentle and soothing that I was not expecting some intense strength building, even though I know I need it. I can definitely see why this was chosen as the first video for July 2021 Process.

    Every time Adriene said 'kiss the sky', I've sent a little kiss up towards my ceiling - very silly thing to do, but it made me smile. Finishing 30 days yoga journey I was amazed how my body became strong enough to finish today's 40 minutes practice 💪. I am so grateful.

    Blessed Beloved Blossom 🌸 Yogis! I'm truly digging this journey and the obstacles off the mat that are coupled with it. The sessions seem to directly correlate with what I need for the day. Although, challenging dealing with Mother Nature while on the mat it was worth it in the end. There's an energy shift that manifested for the best. Now, I'm ready for meditation and ready to 📖 study.     Hello to all! Here we go with day 2 on our February calendar. Today I woke up, felt I didn’t want to practice for 40 minutes (of course “there was a reason”, I was clearly late 😆😉), thought of choosing a shorter video instead, then got on the mat... And my body told me it wanted this one. And I did it, and it was amazing. For the first time in 4 months, I truly felt it was not an act of conscious discipline but rather a true gift to myself, kindness in and out, no pressure, like a gentle kiss. It made me get out of my head and feel alive, today. My dearest fellow yogis, I send you all the love from the Austrian Alps straight into your hearts. May you have a beautiful Sunday, enjoy this practice as a gift that it is, and know you are not alone in this. See you tomorrow on the mat 🥰

      I did not want to do a 40min session at first as well, but I also sat down and just started. The slow build of the session along with the intensity at the end kept me engaged and out of my own head. Glad to have worked out with ya!

    Hey everyone! I just wanted to thank Adrienne and every “find what feels good” yogi. I started my yoga practice last summer and Adrienne’s was the first video I came across on RUclips. I made a commitment to myself, not just to lose weight but to find some worth in myself again. Since that day I haven’t stopped! I’ve lost 50 pounds! But I’ve gained so much good, my sleep is more restorative, my posture is straighter, I can keep up with my kids! I have decreased my symptoms of anxiety and depression. So thank you Adrienne, I feel like I know you through our little practices every day haha. I’ve never felt judged or like I have to be a perfect yogi to be part of this community and it feels really good! My weight is starting to plateau a bit so keep those hour long challenging videos coming! I’m ready for them!

      How long did it take for you to start losing the weight? I did the 30 days and have been doing yoga almost every day for about 45 days. And I've GAINED like 7 pounds. Idk why but I'm hoping to start losing soon

    I love you, Adriene! Your lessons have completely changed my life. When I first began my practice with you, I was really struggling. My relationship was struggling, my finances, my personal growth, my self-care routine. I started with your short 10 minute videos and it was enough to help me get a break from the constant motion of my daily life. As I began to deepen my practice, I started to really love myself and I learned how to extend that love to my partner and then it sort of rippled into every other aspect of my life. Today, (wow! It's only been maybe a year and a half!) I moved to the mountains with my boyfriend, which was our dream together. I absolutely love my job. I'm a CNA and I've learned to sincerely love all of my residents as if they were actually my own family members even though I only work temporarily at facilities and I'm used to them forgetting me. I still treasure each and every special moment that I have with them and some of them, I still wonder what they're up to. I have this amazing apartment that has this gorgeous view of the mountains. I have learned to cook all of this fantastic food. I've started my own home care business (still early in that, but I know it's going to be great). I am learning to play the piano. I've become an avid reader. Right now, I'm reading the Invisible Life of Addie Larue. My boyfriend and I are learning to speak French together. I have become a pretty decent painter. I really love my life. I am so thankful for everything that you have taught me, Adriene. I don't think that my life would be the way that it is today if it weren't for you teaching me how to love myself one yoga video at a time. Thank you!!

      Also, all of this taught me to be more compassionate toward my partner. He was struggling with his mental health and this helped me to create a peaceful environment and learn to respond to him in a way that was more loving and attentive. I encouraged him to seek help and I did everything I could to let him know that I wasn't judging him and that I really just loved him and wanted him to be happy. Eventually, we discovered that he was suffering from PTSD from being in the infantry. The VA is helping him with it now. He struggled for such a long time before he knew what it was and now, he's a lot happier too. He is so much more optimistic. He takes much better care of himself. He laughs so much more. I can hear him laughing in the next room right now, playing his xbox game with his friends. He is so much more ambitious than he used to be. I can tell that he really believes in himself now. He has started aggressively pursuing his goals and he has been such an amazing partner to me. I feel so lucky to have him. Thanks again, Adriene.

I’m still searching for this playlist but I found our first day for Process, Yoga Kiss. As when I did this 4 months ago, I welcomed that cool down.       Happy New Month Gill! I always love to hear how you modify to find what feels good. You have such an amazing memory to know what we did four months ago! I am lucky if I remember what I did four minutes ago!
      I got a massage for my sciatic yesterday and I’m really sore and in pain today so I’m going to just listen to this one today and try to relax my body and not resist the pain. I’m onto a new book called, “You are Not Your Pain” and it’s helped me get some much needed hope that I can live with this discomfort (in this moment at least.)
      I hope the sun is shining. We have clouds today and cool breeze! I’m loving it ☁️ ♥️

      @@gillsmith6740 even better than having a good memory is being clever enough to leave yourself breadcrumbs of information to refer to! I would never think to look back at my previous complaints I mean comments!!! 😂 it helped to see your comment this morning so I knew healthy body yoga would be ok. I don’t have any pain this morning 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’m not going to push anything. Nighttime is worse for some reason. Vinyasa flows are not for me either.
      I feel so bad for Adriene’s mom and Adriene. I just read the email 😞. When my mom was annoying the 🤬 out of me I thought of Adriene’s mom and checked myself.

      Me too❤️ when I was around 16 I used to take my dog on a “walk” every day to a tree park near my house that has the most magical little stream. My dog ended up getting fat because I would take her to the stream and just sit there for a couple hours, just taking it all in. All the bird songs and how the sunlight hit the plants, the sound the water made, and of course my daily joint. So I’m always taken precisely to those beautiful moments of my life

    OMG 1 year ago!!!! wow, thank you Adriene, YWA and Myself for setting intention to my yoga / mindful journey. What a difference from 1 year ago posting as I pick up this flow again! Wow. I am in different state of mind however I am see I have been battling with anxieties and inner conflict about certain issues mainly work. Now, I am in the PROcess (how apt) to kiss what no longer serve me as well as kissing towards new possibilities :) So, again thank you for being who you are.     I felt some resistance to this sequence again. I overcame it by doing it at my own pace, mostly sped up but with a couple breaks as well. I actually was surprised how easy low boat felt...the first time. A little rough water on the second round. Welcome to July everyone.

      @@Noukz37 Da 🧡, no mislim da je važno i to da znamo - to da volimo sebe i druge je jedan neraskidivi proces, koji se uzajamno gradi, taj preobražaj doživljavam i kroz lično iskustvo, i nije jednostavan, premda može biti lak. Neko se ne može osetiti voljeno, ako nije bio voljen. Ne postoji individua istrgnuta iz zajednice, samoformirana, u bilo čemu, pa ni u ljubavi. Čini mi se da se samoljubav previše naglašava, nekad i pogrešno, izolovano. Sve je to jedan kružni uzajamni proces, između nas i našeg okruženja. 🧡

    You know, I remember when Adriene dropped this practice last year, when February was KISS. I remember that because it was after the amazing HOME journey. I enjoy thinking about where I was last February, to where I am now. I am stronger, in the mind and body, and I'm more peaceful, which was my goal all along. Now I come to you with 57 days in row of yoga. I do not state this as a challenge or bragging, but in pride of my growth. Thank you so much Adriene for being my guide. I wish you all the very best!     I really debated doing this practice today (following the December 2020 calendar), the 40 minutes seemed long, the mention of core seemed daunting, was it a challenging one? I wasn't in the mood for a challenging practice...
    After a couple minutes of inner debate I just pressed play and let me tell you it can be challenging in parts but Adriene eases you into the practice with such kindness and care you don't even realize. The time flows by and as for the core section, never knew I would actually be willing to do core exercises when met with kindness and encouragement! Thank you and your beautiful soul Adriene 💗

    I'm here on the first day of the July 2021 calender and I'm officially celebrating my one year YWA anniversary! July 1, 2020 I was feeling static and sluggish from 3 months of quarantine, so I decided to try one of Adriene's 30 day yoga journeys. I was quickly hooked and now, 1 full year later, I can't imagine going a day without doing at least a little bit of yoga or meditation with Adriene! I'm amazed at the progress I've made and how much stronger and more grounded I have felt both physically and mentally over the past year. Thank you Adriene and YWA community for giving me the motivation and courage to keep going and to always listen to my body and myself. You're all amazing!

    I remember doing this for the first time in early February and struggling sooo much with those "kiss of death" low boats.     Wow this was a glorious, and beautiful yoga practice. Thank you so much Adriene, this was exactly what I needed to make me feel fabulous today. I feel renewed, and loved. I can feel my core, and other muscles have had a workout, but they feel good. They feel renewed, and fresh. I wasn't sure at the beginning of the practice if I'd be able to do it, I do tend to struggle with the 40 minute practices. But I took brakes when I needed to, and I did it. I feel so good for doing it too, again thank you for this beautiful yoga practice. It was just perfect. I can't wait to see you again tomorrow, Namaste my friend. 🙏🧡

    I remembered this one very well so can honestly say I was dreading it a bit 😂 but I got it done & even enjoyed the boats 🙌🏻 so relaxed I almost fell asleep at the end 🙏🏻

    I have moved to the city, had been feeling a little sad and worried. But this practice invited me to let it go. I could only practice the first 15 min but I feel I will be alright.

    This is one of Adriene's video which is slow and steady but will definitely built strength, although I got low energy today, as I have been sending healing energy to my dog he have cough and colds all the more that I need to practice to restore the energy shared.     Blossom Day 12 ❤️ Longer practice, but felt short and nice. Challenging, but also relaxing 😌 All you really need is to show up and remind yourself that the mind gives up before the body, so fight it 😉

    Another amazing month of yoga down. I still struggle at times but I feel so much stronger, and this is the longest continuous timeframe I've had of doing Yoga with Adriene. Gonna keep going every single day! Namaste! 🧘🏻‍♂️

    142 days ago I showed up to this practice with the intention of following the whole of the PROCESS calendar. At the end of that one I decided to do the next one. Then I committed to the intention of doing 365 days in a row. So here I am back again for the 19th day of the NOURISH calendar and I loved this one second time around. I could feel the total change in my strength since doing it 142 days ago. My planks are now strong and fierce, not trembly and hurrying through them cos I don't have the strength to hold the position. Downward dog is now a resting posture and apart from having to skip the boat part due to an SI injury, I felt truly strong and powerful. I look forward to getting on my mat each day and it's no longer a chore I know I need to do. 🥰🥰

    Yay ! This senior yogi made it through 😊 the first half was a slowly building vinyasa flow sequence, super strength building. I missed out that last flow and went straight to downward dog. Then down to the ground for a little core work. My low boats definitely weren’t very low Adriene but you said modify so I did. It was really welcome to relax into our cool down, as always to enjoy the moment ☺️👌phew ! See you tomorrow for our last day of Bridge, looking forward to that 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

      I totally understand Laura. I still think 40 minutes was rather long for me but by breathing slowly and missing out the bits that spoiled my fun, I’m always mindful and so today I’m not paying the price for yesterday 😊 our last day of Bridge is 20 mins. I’m ready to go, then later I’m downloading MOVE for March. I’ll print off the calendar so I can cross them off. Today I’m sending you extra demon defying vibes 😂🤞 take care 🧘🏼‍♀️💕

      I didn’t end up doing the 40 min., however, I’m not shaming myself for it which is a miracle! Moving on!
      I print out the calendar too! I even have a “key” that tells me what happened that day depending on the color of the heart I color my in (I use hearts instead of crossing out so I give myself love even if I have a black heart) but I helps me track pain.
      I’m excited for the new calendar! Those vibes must have been very strong bc I don’t normally do “excited” 😂.

    Wow!! A 40 minute class post the 30 day yoga journey? I am totally down to breaking a little sweat.     I haven’t really been keeping up with yoga in 2021 but I started sobbing 10 minutes into the practice because that blissful yoga feeling had come back.. I’m going to make a commitment to myself to practice everyday even if it is just five minutes.

      I've been having trouble fitting yoga into my day. So this week I decided that I would try to do 10 minutes of yoga every morning to remind myself that I am important because often I feel like I put myself at the bottom of the list.

    I did not think I'd be able to make time today for a 40 minute practice, but I knew I wanted to start July out on a positive note. After a long day at work I was tempted to stay in bed, but adriene was in my head saying otherwise. Half the battle is showing up and I did that today. Yoga kiss was perfect. It got me sweating and shaking which is always a good sign. I may not be able to get to every practice this month, but starting day 1 of 31 sets the tone.

    I went through all of the videos for the NURTURE calendar when it was made available and wrote "Good Luck with this one!". It turns out that by Day 25, I chose to make some modifications, but boy did I surprise myself! It was really good! Thank you Adriene and the rest of the community. I love to read the comments
