We hope you've had a great week and been training hard with us live or on RUclips! Either way we welcome you back for another 25 minute, follow along, Muay Thai class that covers hands & push kicks! It's an open level class and beginner friendly.
Jethro aka the "Monkey King" is known for his heavy hands and tossing people in the clinch. He will show you how he was built by leading you in a class tailored around conditioning & Muay Thai techniques.

Yes, it's a trick too help you maintain your energy longer.
I have seen people saying you need to get muay thai classes if u wanna train for muay thai, to build good fundamentals. Im curious if workouts like this arent gonna build wrong fundamentals?
