- This weekly #MMA training regimen is broken down by martial arts style and muscle group. Starting off with a focus on #MuayThai and balance, while building the muscles in our back & core, we will continue to lead you through a week of solo MMA training. Each day will have a specific fight focus, while working a group of muscles to compliment these fight movements, to round out a complete week of workouts.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have taught me how to defend myself and I did! Against someone who embarrassed me one time. I actually saw him again after and he thanked me for humbling him and cheering him up after our scuffle and that's all I want is to teach people like you teach people, I'll do this exact routine until I can turn it up a notch!!!
I just got done with day 4, the Taekwondo legs and hip mobility day, and man this has got my legs burning like nothing else! If you're even considering trying this out I cannot recommend it enough! Keep up the awesome work!

Could you breakdown the knees you throw and why you turn the claves out? I'm really curious about that.
They’re called long knees or spear knees and there’s some really great tutorials on RUclips from Muay Thai gyms in Thailand.
Héctor Rodríguez Vázquez this hip is turned over when performing a long knee turning the calf out. The more straight you keep your knee the less it travels forward like a spear. Instead it’ll travels more upward.

Just beginning the knees and didn't realise there was a little fracture on my floor tile, caught my left toe while I was doing the knees and made it bleed all over the floor.
But I appreciate what you guys put in this video, and I was motivated to train again when I'm fully recovered

Incredible, I travel for a living 6 weeks out at a time. I just started doing mma and wanted to quit my job so badly to stay home and train at the gym. Theres a gym out here but they don't do open mma training and schedule conflicts with work cuz im doing nights. I got 1 day at the gym here a week so this is gold. Thank you.
