At 8:19 he says it's bad for the knee to be over the toe. But at 8:52 when he shoots his knee goes way over the toe. Wouldn't that be very bad on your knees then?
@@ahmadfakih3798 to be honest its been a while i haven t done it like 2 months but i have joined a boxing gym now and am training to reach amateur boxing level
Week one finished yesterday. Started day 1 of week 2 today, already shattered with your Muay Thai training, but I must say I have noticed improvement in the areas trained. I felt a lot smoother in my movements, not as jolty and shifty as I was last week, so I'm definitely more balanced already. And Vince's grappling workout had me virtually legless for the rest of the week. Top stuff. Thank you two very much.
I did that jiu-jitsu portion of this exercise, and was like "Easy, I got this.". Then the wrestling portion started, and I was like "Wait wooot? This is torture!". Huge newfound respect to wrestlers going through these sort of exercises every day. Real championship material. Thanks for sharing your insights.
I did this workout today. Trust me guys, it's one of the best workouts for your legs. Each and every muscle of the leg gets activated. Thank you Vince! You guys are doing a tremendous job. Much love 💙
home made equipment's are to be made . i scrounged several big pieces of rug rolled them up and now have a throw dummy free ! get some old tiers bind them together and you gave a kicking device !! old school still works today !!
Trained with this guy 15 years ago in a sweaty gym in South Philly and now this guy is a RUclips superstar! RIP DADDIS Fight Camps and if you know you know.... we were kicking ass and taking names all across Philly, Boston , Virginia and New York City Back then. Congrats and keep up the good work Shane
It takes a lot of will power to maintain that wrestling stance at the end of each set. Feel like crying every time :) It's only the fact that I know I can physically do it and it's more of a mental challenge that I get through but still a long 30 seconds!
Thanks guys. I've been doing alot of your workouts in isolation so these are perfect. Got me some mats. Now got me some challenging routines. Rock on!!
I’m on my third week. This is dope. I only wish there was a bit more focus on the back muscles. But I know it’s difficult to hit the back with no equipment.
I loved this routine and I was so gassed at the end of it!! But I wish that you could have incorporated more grappling techniques into the main workout.
First time through, I lunge-jumped for 30 seconds EACH side. Exquisite pain by the end of the first round. I won't be making that mistake again... until I'm ready to go even further beyond.
If you put in the hard work in training and kept your diet on check then you should naturally be confident knowing that you have done your very best to showcase your skills and perform. However, if you did not do everything accordingly then you will lack the confidence.
Hell Hound First thing u do is stay relaxed, take three deep breaths, and clear ur mind. If ur opponent talks shit, let him and put on the “I will break you” face for intimidation. When the fight starts dont rush in, stay calm and see how ur opponent moves and be ready to block or slip any incoming punches. The rest is on you and how much experience u have fighting. Edit: Also, Stop Beating your meat since itll decrease that testosterone that u will need to be confindent!
@@Standbyme08 - Of course man, no one likes to lose. It will surely kill your confidence even for a moment but understand this.. Think ahead. Think ahead of how you will feel if you lose, the disappointment, the sorrow, the pain, the loss. So think ahead, now if you win imagine how it will boost your confidence, your motivation, your reward. Even then, when you lose you still win if you learn from it.
Wait so will this still be acceptable after quarantine because I was wanting to do some mma but I didn't know if you would take it down or move it if you can please respond

I don't have mats at home, so I use handball knee pads. You can drill anything with them on a carpet or even on wooden flooring.
After the quarantine, we'll see who really trained in his hyperbolic time chamber at home

Thank you so much been going insane without my boxing and I’m excited to try some MMA always wanted to but want allowed 😂
I really like the yoga aspect of the workouts I think if fighters implemented that they would have much less injuries occurring
Not really yoga more so just a traditional mma warm up
