You make the absolute best videos I've found on RUclips. I am a father of a 9 yr old who trains BJJ 5 days a week and loves it. Thank you for the clarity and high quality of your videos.
That’s so awesome to hear. I wish you and yours the best of luck in your training journey. If I’m ever near your area, please come out to see me as my guests.
A bit of Jiu-jitsu , Judo and of course breakdancing. My favourite move from Step up 3 was actually the hellicopter sit which you demonstrated perfectly. Thanks for the great vids, man
Thanks for sharing! Great for those of us who are limited to their availability to jiu-jitsu instruction in a small town. Great stuff to drill while waiting for the next opportunity to train with other practitioners.
Love it love it love it I have been doing BJJ since 2008 still no formal rank but I m very familiar with movements and maybe 3 techniques with variations this vid made me want to commit to full time training and I am
2:40 to 3:13 those are some nice drills to use with a heavy bag. I also use a heavy bag for top transitions etc. I know this is an old video, but these are solid drills!
Love this. Am recovering from a few surgical operations. When I can do 50% of this I think I'll be well on my way... Great to have exercises that also have a function!
I went grappling lessons for the first time and didn't have time to ask someone to show me how to do the drills as they warmed up , I just was trying to watch and imitate , great that your video has alot the warm up routine and so next time I go I won't look so out of place ...thanks
Great exercises for a guy that couldn't pull a bird at the bar never mind an armbar. Am jst a bit worried I will be jammed under my fireplace the way I swing my legs about lol. Really thanks for the demos, this will help build better movement , agility and strength. Cheers. Keep them coming.👍
Super late to the party but I needed this! Could not for the life of me get my front knee to drop doing single leg last night. These drills will help me practice at home between clases. Thanks!
Hi, this is awesome. I just started learning jiu jitsu and I was wondering how I can train at home then I saw this. It's really helpful for a beginner like me. Thank you for this!
I don’t comment on much on the net, but this video made me a follower! This is the indestructible I try to maintain. I will be sharing this with my team and students.
#1- This is very, very good! #2- Can you do a pt 2 of this video, explaining the practical uses/ applications of each of these things????? That would be a GREAT video!
We can't count on our friends to win our battles! Army of one ☝ thanks brother. You have nice fluidity and practice until it's innate.. Your good! Thanks again bud have a good one
Thank you I've been wondering how to improve my ground mobility (very peripheral practice/knowledge). Just one note, watch the reliance on the off arm for your roll outs. If there's force, you can mess up your collar bone or shoulder.
Just started learning bjj and I think I don't even deserve a white belt but your videos are helping me a lot. Now if I can just convince my wife to be my grappling dummy 😂
I have no car or licence, I had surgery on my elbow 8 days ago, no training partner, I cant even afford a gi let alone a bjj gym membership but I still find a way to solo train. no excuses ever!!
Thank you for making this video sir! Very helpful for those of us who forget what our sensei's showed us in class. What is the name of the background music? It would be a beat to listen to while working out at home.
