Alright bro the “mystic Micah” era is in full effect. How tf you keep putting out videos that answer the questions legit a day after I’m asking it. Kept eating jabs, boom video for it. Worried about having to go out of town for a month and what I’m gonna do as far as training during that time, boom video for that. On the cool man you have elevated my game so much since I started following. I can’t thank you enough for the knowledge of this craft. Everything from technique to mental prep, you’re the truth.

Never thought of taken the time to loosen and opening up mid shadow boxing definitely helps flow better, feels rhythmic

Very Barry Robinson-esque! This is doing the mundane with discipline. When I see people training, and drilling like this, I know they take it seriously. Mental and physical conditioning. Great content.

Thanks for sharing man. Is it okay if I refer to this video to a few students of mine? This video has something personal in it man. Its very good. Its very easy to follow for all levels, and I think anyone can join a training like this. Thats in my opinion also how teaching this should be, alert to what you are actually doing, and not just flicking around body parts like they are not worth a thing. Although that can be fun as well😂 But anyways I love that you are really bringing the focus on the 'why' and to let the 'how' be more on the exploring part. Osu man, a sub from me. Holland, Jordy

Very nice stuff, helpful with some guidance for practice that works well at home as well as at the gym/dojo. :) Used your structure to practice with my friends the other day, and today I'm at home with 30 minutes to spare, so did it alone.
