  • This is a really gentle, slow-moving yoga class ideal for older adults and beginners. The practice focuses on strength and stretching, especially in the shoulders.
    Recommended props: Yoga block or a book, yoga blanket or towel, yoga strap or old t-shirt
    Led by Sue, a 200 YTT trained yoga instructor. Sue is also Thai yoga massage certified and Reiki certified in Levels 1 and 2.
