- Michaela Witter was filming herself at a California Barnes and Noble when a man allegedly followed her around. He then crouches down, slides toward her, and appears to sniff her. The 28-year-old confronts the creepy man. After she posted the video on TikTok, Witter was shocked when others recognized him and said he did the same thing to them. Cops later arrested the suspect, Caleese Crowder, on suspicion of peeping and prowling.

Sad part is as creepy as this is, he's probably already been released and will continue his lewd acts. A good lawyer will likely be able to fight the charges since he was neither peeping nor prowling according to legal definitions.
Not 100% sure abt this bcz, there is that tendency that quite often, men get accused by some wmn (and make a big noise abt it) based only on how they themselves were feeling. This also happens a lot at work places. Sadly, this unfairly destroys the men's reputation and life in general (even if he is later cleared for misunderstanding or faulty accusation). Indeed, if the police do their job correctly here, and find that something bad is happening, then the guy shall be liable of the consequences of his acts. It is however a reality out there, that men get blamed sometimes for even standing somewhere or looking in an open and public places. So far (even with this showing), it's hard for me to see why he was arrested.

Just because he’s been released doesn’t mean it’s over. He’s due in court next month and it’s not just for this but several other related cases. this happened to me a couple years ago when i was in a train station. no one warned me that he was looking up my dress and even had a camera. After I realized he was there he sprinted away. I freaked out and started crying. One woman came to help me but everyone else just stared. I'm really glad that in this scenario, the guy got caught. I bet the guy that did this to me is still out there. I hope they all get what they deserve.

15 years ago at Ralph's!! (A supermarket) the man was 95 years old!! So he couldn't run fast, but I yelled out and others helped me follow him down another aisle. RALPH's security stopped him and we watched the video and saw him take a picture up my skirt, then "run" down the next aisle where he ditched his cell phone, but we couldn't find it. AND then the cops pressured me to "drop it" bc of his age and that he was a veteran. And that the phone was gone so he couldn't do anything with the picture anymore (very different from today). To THIS DAY, I am upset that the police pressured me to let him go! He said he was doing it for his son!!! The police should have done better! And who kmows where the phone really went???

Something similar happened to me as a child in a public library 50 years ago. I was looking for a book on a book shelf and this guy bent down, of the other side of the bookshelf, with his genitalia exposed for me to see. I was shocked, and he just starred at me. (In retrospect, I guess he got off looking at the shocked look on my face.). I quickly moved away to another bookshelf, and there he was doing the same thing. I just left the library. I don’t think I told anyone what happened.

Dude no wayyyy! I know this guy and he got fired from my job because a customer complained of the same thing. this is insane!!! The guy has problems and now he’s exposed for the whole world to know.

I have to praise her for being so calm. If it were me in her shoes, I might have kicked him. He knows damn well what he's doing & should be behind bars before he acts on his disgusting behavior. The next girl (and there will be more) might not be so lucky. People like him do NOT change.
Yeah I've had bad things like this happen to me so many times that at this point I probably just kick the guy in the face myself since the cops tend to not be helpful. I did some research because people in the comments sections for claiming they live by this man and that he's been peeking through people's windows and apparently it's true. So it was already on record that this man was a sexual predator and they just had him walking free.
Maybe with therapy you never know .
