Eating less food but of higher quality (such as organic nuts, clean vegetables, or fresh fish) is much better than consuming a lot of food that lacks nutrition. Always pay attention to the origin and preparation of food. Truly meaningful clip, thank you to the creator.
I appreciate the info on those vegetables to avoid . However, what about those root vegs that are grown in the Caribbean eg dasheen, eddoes, cassava and tannia. Can these root vegs be used instead of wheat flour? I do hope so because there are some little pests that create havoc with wheat flour viz. Weavil.
Thanks for the info on essentrial fruits to eat. However, what about the fruits naturally grown in the Caribbean? eg. mangoes, guavas,West Indian cherries, West Indian plums, tamarind, paw-paw, pomme cythere also called Golden apples, sapodillas and sour sop. Thanks for the ingo but most of these fruits are either North American/ European grown. I reside in the Caribbean and would greatly appreciate similar info on our local fruits. Thank you much. Blessings. Continue your good work.❤
"Great insights on making healthier food choices! It's fascinating to learn how some seemingly 'healthy' options might not be as beneficial as we think.
Like your reports, would be nice if your writing was bigger ans the names of the food stayed up a little longer so we could write it down. Thank you, keep it up !
