    My aunt has always sworn by eating cucumbers daily, and honestly, I used to think it was just her quirky habit. But after watching this video, I finally get why! She’s in her 70s, full of energy, and rarely has any health issues. Could her cucumber habit be her secret? This video made me see cucumbers in a whole new light!

    Great in many ways and a favorite snack or side dish. Also celery cut into sticks is perfect with cucumber a well as numerous peppers. We dip them into French Onion Chip Dip, Bagna Cauda, Yogurt Dips with Dill or occasionally mint, salsas, baba ghanouj, hummus of all kinds, etc. Of course also a must on a salad but also great for topping other dishes for crunch and flavor.

    Skin on or off? I've been skinning them, but now I believe I've been wasting the goodness the cucumber provides. I have a replacement aorta but suffer from edema. I will eat cucumber daily from your blog today. Hopefully I will feel better. I already have a green banana turning yellow, daily.

      Ice 20 minutes on 20 off even twice a day is a very underrated therapy that helped heal me after lumbar surgery.

      Me too! My lower back is knackered from working in a timber & builder's yard, lifting 50kg sacks of sand, cement and stuff, back in the 70s. I took early retirement in 1990 when 50years old. I continued with odd jobs and my art.

      I don’t skin them when they come from our garden. I always skin them if they come from stores.

    I have read many books, I listened to many RUclips videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the hidden herbs by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

    I love cucumbers just realize half of them are grown in synthetics not sure about that also have had bad ones from Mexico the best are homegrown but sometimes that doesn’t turn out good

    By rubbing or smearing sliced cucumber on youth face is excellent. I'm 79 and my mother rubbed cucumber on our faces, all 7of us girls.Our skins are in very good condition. I was told about a month ago I look like I'm 49 years old. Just saying. Try it. I never use soap on my face.

    I never heard of cucumbers hiding in a fridge.
    Cucumbers that are depressed and try to self harm are probably in a fridge.

    4 times by the 7th minute you mention CUCUMBERS as a vegetable. This is totally erroneous. CUCUMBERS are fruits. Never you forget this fact. 🙏
