  • In this video, I am going to break down every ingredient in each food at McDonald's...
Avoid fast food garbage and eat real foods. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt
Most people know fast food is bad for you. But I want to expose exactly what is wrong here and why it’s harmful…
It’s no surprise that over 70% of Americans are obese and overweight when over 60% of our calories come from ultra-processed foods like these…
The ingredient list of Mcdonal’s foods is proof that not all calories will have the same metabolic effects in humans…
The seed oils, sythetic additives, and preservatives in these foods impact our hormones and metabolic functions negatively, making it harder for our bodies to produce energy and function properly…
This leads to constant hunger, overeating, low energy, poor hormonal health and ultimately weight gain…
Humans aren’t meant to consume these processed foods…
Our health and well-being depend on many essential nutrients exclusevely found in animal foods…
Meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey and raw dairy are the most nutrient dense foods for humans…
These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…
It's easy to find quality animal-based foods almost anywhere...
    It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

You shouldn't expect or ask goverment to protect you. By doing that you give up your liberty in exchange for security. Rather, protect your family and friends yourself by informing them. Here (Western Europe) the EU and the states have way too much power over the people.

And the alternative is… a parent who stays home to cook food and care for the children and educate the children as a stay at home parent? (Because fast food is poison but convenient and “cheap” on its face, daycare involves the neglect of children and damage of separation from parents and aggression of those children raised in that environment, and schools fundamentally cannot spend the time a child needs to learn best because there are many children, not to mention changes on education programs.)
So where do you make the space to actually make the change? To have someone with a little hobby subsistence farm. Who has the time? Who has the money for that?
If you can halve the workforce, get parents back into the home, the children might be better adjusted and the wages might be higher (because the supply of workers touches on the wages).
      What do you think?

Yeah... It for the reasons you think buddy boy.....
The reason a McDonald's burger doesn't rot has nothing to do with chemicals, lack of nutrition, or anything else you should be scared of. It all comes down to water activity. See, a McDonald's hamburger is small and thin, giving it a very high ratio of surface area to volume.
Without any moisture, that burger doesn't so much spoil as it does dry out. It's like finding mold on the inside of a waterlogged house - the mold feeds and thrives in moist environments. A McDonald's meal can spoil, but it has to be under certain conditions.1 Oct 2022

As welll as four heart attacks with open heart surgery. All were caused by blocked arteries. My bypass showed 100% of my left side coronory arteries were blocked.
In my recovery time I leaned about good, healthy eating. I did a cleanse and detox for 21 days, which took off 20 lbs. Then I kept up the healthy eating. I failed a few times, fast food was a big part of my life. But I kept practicing eating good, nutrisional food. All organic, pastured raised eggs, organic chicken and organic grass fed meats.
I am now 90 lbs lighter. I am in a better shape since the 70s. I am a 50% disabled veteran. I cannot workout. All I do is take walks around my area. I used to have constant inflamation. Now I walk relativele pain free.

Correct. Take away was a once a week or less often food not part of the daily diet as nowadays. People were also far more active then as well. Now, walking a mile to a park before football training etc is a forgotten experience. Most parents drive their children to the park/oval etc to begin training. We are lazier than ever eating fattier foods than ever and wondering why we have problems.
As the computer geeks say GIGO = Garbage in Garbage out. We put Garbage into our mouths that requires several trips a day to the toilet rather than 1 trip a day for a number 2. If you do more than 1 number 2 a day change your diet and see the difference and if your number ones are not relatively clear with a little yellow tinge you are also drinking too much soda, coffee etc. Try drinking water only for a week and see how clear your number 1's become. Just a note, as a high school kid and college student, I worked as a short order cook in several restaurants, some name brand. This was the 1960s just so you know. All of fried foods were cooked in either beef tallow, or lard. Somehow the health freaks decided this was bad for us, so the switch was on to use crisco. Not only was there a loss in flavor, but the health issues were often debated even back then.
But, alas, now generations of consumers are addicted to special sauces and sweet dipping sauces. That is a great way to hide the poor quality of the base product! That's the way of the world, and corporate giants tease our puppet strings to this sad result!!!

There was a McDonald's with truck parking on the way to the interstate. I'd run in , and get 2 dollar double hamburgers every night. They filled the hunger , but after a couple months my shirts started getting extra tight. Then I started cooking "real" food to eat , instead of the McDonald's. The weight dropped of quickly. The first day I worked at McDonald’s was the last time I ate their food.
A cursory glance over the boxes in the walk-in’s told me that 1: McDonalds lied in their adverts when they told the population that all their chicken was 100% British free range, it certainly was not. The chicken was from either Thailand or Brazil - neither of which were free range. And 2: that the sheer amount of highly processed ingredients in ALL their products explained the physicality and behaviours of the people I was serving.

Yup. As someone who used to be called "the microwave queen" by family and friends, by my 40th birthday, I was very ill and on over 30 different meds per day with an army of different medical specialists.
I hated cooking and would only eat fast food and anything that I could nuke for less than a couple of minutes.
I was morbidly obese and had an alcohol addiction even after getting bariatric surgery.
By 2017, I had finally hit rock bottom; devastated by the fact that I had drank on Easter, which as a Christian I had vowed to never do.
My last drink was on April 30th; "white-knuckling it" until I could get to the National Day of Prayer event mine and two other area churches would be holding on the evening of May 4th.
Making it to the event, I was supernaturally healed the moment I prayed out loud against the spirit of alcohol, hence the beginning of my whole health journey.
I was able to completely detox myself from all of the toxic chemicals that I had once depended on and taught myself how to stop using the microwave altogether and cooking whole foods on the stove, in the oven or toaster oven, and in a slow cooker.
I'll be 60 years old next year and I'm the healthiest I've ever been, and much more than I was 20 years ago ☺️
I get my beef, chicken, and pork from a local butcher shop here in Idaho that sources their products from local farms and ranches that are dedicated to humane butchering practices; better for the animals and better for us humans, as there aren't any stress hormones in the meats or poultry.
GPPrimeMeats.com; they have been in business since the 1950s and they SHIP too ☺️
And no, they didn't pay me to share this; I'm just a forever customer who appreciates their dedication to their ethical standards and the best service to their customers ☺️
Oh, and I've also completely ditched the use of aluminum foil for parchment paper in my baking, and I invested in a good set of stainless steel pots and pans so I could stop using the aluminum and Teflon pans my mom always swore by along with using aluminum foil.
She died from complications of a stroke less than a month after her 55th birthday, unfortunately, and my father predeceased her the year before at 50 years old from alcoholism 🥺
So yeah, I have a lot of reasons for being grateful for finally getting on a much healthier path.

I changed my food habits 10 years ago and since then I literally prepare all processed ingredients myself ... without the junk. They maintain not 6 years, but about 30 days unsterilized, and about 1 year sterilized. The most important point however is, they are healthy, less expensive and fun to make. Self-made ketchup for example is an adventure every time, and I have discovered so many variations, I can't count.
Also, certain sauces are prepared in minutes and are incredibly tasty, compared to industry food. Mayonnaise is ready in 3 minutes and contains just simple ingredients: full eggs, lemon juice, salt, good olive oil, eventually mustard. I have had guests who remained "glued" at the bowl and would not let go until emptied 😅
With this Mayonnaise you may make a memorable Russian Salad. And the best of all: you don't even need to be a good cook.
It doesn't mean, you won't get fat, but at least, you won't get sick from chemicals!

Calcium oxalate from plants is the main source of a calcified pineal gland. He can discuss it but there's not enough real food on Earth to fix that problem for everybody unless we all live like the Amish but without the bad parts. Some people have to eat the grains, seeds, and greens, and drink the tap water. Humans are meant to eat meat, fish, and eggs, with occasional dairy, fruit, juice, and honey.

I'm of the belief that as long as you are eating whole foods and consuming suffer-free meats, your gland will be stellar. Meat can be necessary to ground us here on the 3-D Earthly plane and become of a more material, dense character. It is why fasting leads to mental clarity: Your mind is not trying to work all its magic on the flesh vessel but upstairs, in and around the pineal gland.
Therefore, Decalcification only occurs with natural-occurring consumables if the man-made is causing diseases, throwing everything outta whack.

My wife and I switched over to a Keto diet several years ago. We lost a LOT of weight and our health improved substantially. Lately (over the last 3 months), we're moving more towards a ketovore/carnivore diet. I've started losing even more weight and have gotten even healthier. The only thing I will buy at fast food joints now are burger patties if I'm out running around and get too hungry to wait until I get home. However, I'm also practicing fasting so that I _can_ wait until I get home, no matter how long it's been since my last meal. Humans survived and thrived on a fast/feast lifestyle for hundreds of thousands of years. Our lifestyle of constant food intake is actually killing us.

I always use Wimpy Bars, I started going to my local branch when I was 21. They do not keep the product under heat lamps. I went into a McDonald's about 8 years ago and asked the girl at the counter if the chicken in their chicken sandwich was real chicken... She was like, huh? I walked out.
I used to live on fast food back when i was a wage slave, but always strived to buy what i knew at the time as "the healthiest".The only fast food i will EVER eat now is the greek salad at Mezza, because they use olive oil in the dressing, no ultra-processed seed oils. I don't normally eat veg (not good for us), so i always ask for extra feta.
Been raising our own food for awhike, trying to eliminate anything grocery-store altogether. Our pork and chicken are WORLDS better, you can see it in the meat and taste it! Even though the meat chickens we raise are the exact same breed that is raised for the commercial industry!
Alternative to tallow: lard!!! Omg, you cook or deep-fry with lard from your own pastured pigs... it is AMAZING!!! Like, the fluffiest ever scrambled eggs, the best-tasting potato chips... It's insane!
