      What is chia? Orchid seed is it grown in jamaica I don't know it,give me an example of what chia seed is please and thanks

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  5 месяцев назад

      Chia seeds are tiny black or white seeds from the plant *Salvia hispanica*, which is native to Central and South America. They are known for being high in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and various micronutrients. Chia seeds are not the same as orchid seeds and are not typically grown in Jamaica..

      buy a bag in giant eagle. should last month if every day

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  6 месяцев назад

      Absolutely, here's some additional information:
      1. Appearance: Chia plants (Salvia hispanica) are part of the mint family and can grow up to 3 feet tall. They have green leaves and produce small, purple or white flowers.
      2. Growing Chia Seeds: Yes, you can plant chia seeds in your garden. They thrive in well-drained soil and sunny locations. It's best to plant them after the last frost in the spring.
      3. Harvesting and Drying: Once the flowers have bloomed and dried, you can harvest the seeds. To store them, ensure they are thoroughly dried to prevent mold. Spread them out on a tray and let them air dry, then store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
