    Very Simple Concoction ....Get a larger glass and place the soaked seeds and add some hot water, add cup ¼ c pomegranate juice mixed with raw honey, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1/8 of teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well. This is a very yummy healthy drink!

    Hi Maria 👋, hope you are well. It's strange because I bought a packet of Chia seeds the other day, don't know why other than it had super food wrote on the packet. I was going to add them to my breakfast cereal, but have decided not to add them because of the possible side effects that you mention here.
    Another great interesting and informative tutorial as always 👍☺️ thank you.

    I just recently began taking grounded chia seeds and I find that I now dealing with constipation. Not sure why? I purposely take with my protein powder mixed with water. Should I discontinue?

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  Месяц назад +1

      Chia seeds are generally known for promoting digestive health because they’re high in fiber, which can help regulate bowel movements. However, they can cause constipation or digestive discomfort if they’re not consumed with enough water. Chia seeds absorb up to 10-12 times their weight in water, forming a gel-like substance that can expand in the digestive tract. If you eat them dry or don’t drink enough water, they can sometimes lead to bloating or constipation.
      To avoid this, soak chia seeds in water or liquid before eating, and make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day.
      Let me know if you have any further questions and thank you for your support. Remember to share this information with your loved ones. Maria.

    Hi Maria, I've just watched your video again here, as I have started to have a small sprinkling of Chia seeds every other day on my Organic Breakfast Porridge Oats. I make the breakfast oats with 100% sugar free oat drink ( it's recommended on the carton ) I don't know it the breakfast oats are good for my diet or not, to be honest I'm still finding all the change of diet a little confusing as to what is good or not good, even though I am attending a fortnightly held - living well diabetes prevention class. There's still different opinions within group when together in the classroom. It's good to look back on some of your past tutorials as I get forgetful at times. Ho dear I must be getting old 😂😊

    Does Chia seed trigger gout

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  5 месяцев назад +1

      Chia seeds are not typically known to trigger gout. Gout is primarily triggered by high levels of uric acid in the blood, which can be affected by consuming foods high in purines. Chia seeds are low in purines, making them unlikely to cause an increase in uric acid levels.
      However, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice, especially if you have a history of gout or other health conditions.
