Hallo, As per your information, all vegetables intake is good, beneficial if be eaten properly proportionate. Thanks, 🙏, I am an Indian background woman 77 age, my most favourite is Cooked Biryani which is lots of aroma spices, rice and meat. Second choice is green leafy vegetables and crucifers vegetables. Every day eats two egg in the breakfast, bread, cheese, milk, green tea. My health is stable, no health issues. Memories are very sharp. 👋 Zz from Canada 🇨🇦, 28 January 25.

I avoid potatoes spinach and corn the remaining veg.I eat twice a week w.many other veg. My Mother became 95 and did all veg.you mention without side effects.
