Boxer and bodybuilder here. This works so good for light days and recovery in general after heavy workouts. Definitely not only for elders, also for meatheads! Thanks Ma'am.
Lol, I'm so glad this works well for your light workout days. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. If you enjoyed this one, you might like more in the 'intermediate level' playlists. I create 3 levels of workouts: gentle, beginner and intermediate, and categorize them all in the playlists.
Thank you so much for this video! I have hypermobility and have strained/injured myself with other workouts and trying to push myself too far. This is the perfect video for me to still get my body moving!
Thank you for taking the time to comment. If you liked this one, you can find more at this level in the 'beginner level' playlists (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate).
im only a teenager, but my unfitness has started to affect my life and i needed somewhere to start. this has helped me, and im gonna be honest my confidence, in ways you cant imagine. no shame, just calm, almost meditation. thank you so much 🥰 from ireland 🇮🇪
Hi Charlie, I'm so glad you're here. You are at a great age to make a change. My suggestion is to try to eat healthy foods and make exercise part of a daily plan. If you ever need any guidance on your fitness journey, just reach out to me. I'd be more than happy to help.
I hope you know that seniors and "beginners" are not the only groups that benefited from your workouts, Jules! I incorporate your workouts with my regular pilates and yoga exercise as well as during my rest days. Your workouts have saved me from having the "all or nothing" mentality! Your channel is the gift that keeps on giving!
Hi Farah, thank you very much for taking the time to let me know that you're enjoying my workouts even though you're not a senior or a beginner. I really appreciate knowing that. 🥰
I am so happy for you to be taking your health seriously! You're at a great age to start and I think you'll see progress quickly. Just to help you out, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. My suggestion is to try to get into the habit of exercising every day. If you have days where you're exhausted, choose a gentle workout, and if you have more energy, choose a beginner level workout. I'd love to hear your progress as you continue if you wish to share it!
I'm not a senior but overweight. It is nice to find you here. I am starting working out with you. I am coming back here again during my period. Thanks for making such a great workout video
You definitely don't need to be a senior to use these workouts. My intermediate level workouts are the same level of intensity as most of the walking workouts you'll find on YT. I'm glad you enjoyed this one and I am happy to know that you'll be back. Just so you know, you can find all of my workouts categorized in the playlists on my channel (3 levels of gentle, beginner and intermediate workouts). Welcome to my channel!
Getting back into moving & light exercise after a long period of being ill & sedentary. SO happy I came across your video! It's perfect. I def feel the burn :) thank you so much!
Thanks so much for letting me know that you are new here. I'm sorry to hear that you were ill, but I hope you are on the mend and I hope these workouts work well for you as you get back into a routine of working out. Just to help you out with navigating my channel, I create 3 levels of workouts and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. Welcome to my channel, Lindsey!
Found this video while searching for simple, low-impact exercises. I am overweight due to various health factors, not the least of which includes a hip injury that limits my mobility. Found these exercises to be light enough that I could follow along without pain, but active enough to get me sweating! Will definitely come back for more on my road to better health. Thank you!
Welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out! I'd love to read about your progress in the future if you wish to share it:)
I dont know what, i have tried so many other workouts but in this workout i was able to burn the most calories amongst all 20 minutes workout series i have tried. no jumping and bending and so easy physically. I am so liking it. Thanks a lot ❤
Thank you for these wonderful workouts ❤ I work as a nurse at our local hospital. I especially love the 10 to 20 minute workouts I feel I have enough time in the morning to do one of those exercises before going to work for 12 hours. Happy New Year everyone 🎉
Good for you for getting in a workout before a long shift…that takes determination! Thanks for letting me know that you enjoy the workouts. Happy New Year, Mary!
Thanks Janet and welcome to my channel! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. Thank you for these wonderful guided exercise routines! You offer many options which is perfect for me as I redevelop my strength and resilience and your manner is so encouraging! Thank you thank you!

Thanks for the compliment on the leggings...those are actually from 'Old Navy'.
Love this! I am close to 65. Always worked out from younger days, High school, the Flashdance workouts in my 20 & 30, then more easier in 40 & 50's. This I can do and enjoy! I can't handle the hard workouts anymore, but love this. Thank-you!
I'm so glad to read that you recognize how much better you felt after exercising. I exercised throughout both of my pregnancies and I definitely always felt better after doing so. Just keep your heart rate lower than you normally would during a workout. Your body and mind will definitely be happier:) Congrats on your pregnancy!
My 69 year old husband and I enjoy exercising with you. When you laughed at your mistake my husband said, it's nice to see that even young people can mess up. This brought me to "how old do you think she is?" He puts you between 25-34. How close is he? 😊❤
Starting my weightloss & health journey today! I could only do 15 min today but hopefully I'll be able to do a little bit more each day. Currently 181.6 lbs. Day 2: 180.6 (Still only did 15 min, but it went faster that yesterday. Also took a 45 mini walk midday. I think my food plan is eating more veggie & protein than carb & having no meat days.
Sounds like an awesome plan! Chicken, yogourt and eggs are great choices for healthy protein. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out. Exercising daily is the best idea to get you into a habit of exercising.
Hi, Jules! This was a perfect workout for the day. We're going to Colorado Springs later for country dancing. A nice combo of exercise. Happy Fall! Mary in Cotopaxi saying hello
I just finished flying over Colorado Springs:) I am on a flight at the moment heading to California with my mom for a holiday. I'll wave on the way home.😉
Im 50 yrs old and i have never completed a whole workout,i have osteoarthritis all over and mostly my knees,so i find it difficult to move quick, but thanks to you video i was able to get through just fine, loved the music very soothing but motivating, new follower, thank you ❤
I'm so glad to read that you were able to do this workout and enjoyed it. Thank you for letting me know and thank you for subscribing! If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out...and, welcome to my channel! Just so you're aware, I also have a second channel for seated workouts. I'll add the link in case you might be interested in the seated stretches for days when your knees are having a harder day: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
Hi I am from India.. I have lumber arthritis ... But I don't have any pain...I wanna lose weight ...can I do this exercise daily? Or which exercise I can do everyday?
Welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. As for arthritis, it's important to do what you can and to keep moving. My suggestion is to try out the different level workouts and see what feels right for you. If you want to lose weight, I would suggest at least 20-30 minutes of cardio a day, 2-3 days of strength training, and focus on eating healthy. I also have workout calendars on my website which you might find helpful (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com).
Loved this thanks. Nice non patronising style. You can ramp up or down to suit. By the way , don't beat yourself up about getting that exercise wrong at 13.30. You were trying to do a five move exercise against a 4:4 time signature in the music. experienced musicians and dancers find that difficult . How about modifying to 2 steps and 2 kicks. but lovely stuff. I shall come back to this as i build up after an injury
Your personality and skill are a perfect fit for my exercise needs! I'm 48 and this will keep me fit for years to come. Thank you so much...from Seattle USA. :-)
Hi Lisa! Thank you for your very kind comment. Just to let you know, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). You can find all of the workouts categorized into the playlists. I hope you enjoy the variety and thank you for taking the time to comment.❤️
Thanks for making this video. It's fun, easy and yet it still makes me feel like I got a work out in. I have 3 bulging discs in my lower back and I am not able to do all the activities and exercises that I use to, so this video is perfect. I've been able to add this to walking. Thanks again.
Thanks so much for letting me know that this one is working for you. I have 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) so hopefully the two first levels of workouts will all work for you.
I have really bad back problems so its hard for me to actually work out and burn calories without hurting myself, but this one was really good. Should i do it multiple times a day to burn more calories?
Hi Christina, just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you have back issues, stick with the gentle or beginner level workouts to see how your back feels. Ensure you wear shoes with good support, too and try to avoid twisting moves (just modify the move to something else if I'm twisting). You could definitely do this workout more than once a day if your back is happy with it.
When you or I “make a mistakeI” I don’t consider it one becauseI rewind and do the move again, so it so it increases my work out...thank you very much.😊 also, from what I see, you keep your feet moving no matter what so it’s all to the good in my opinion. A quote by the Dalai Lama from my meditation app: Just one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.
Thanks for your feedback. I don't usually put squats into the workouts when I label them as 'cardio'. In my all-in-one workouts, I put strength, cardio, balance and stretching all together.
So glad to read that you're starting to use the exercises online! Welcome to my channel!
Thank you for a cardio video I can actually follow, and I got a sweaty workout too. I waste hours looking online for senior video routines that I am able to do. I am saving this one.
If you'd like to see more like this one, you can look under my 'beginner level' playlists. I also categorize all of my videos on my website 'www.improvedhealthforseniors.com'. I hope that helps you to find ones that you enjoy.
You're at a fantastic age to get healthy and fit now:) Ideally, try to exercise daily and you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll get in shape and be able to do more.
Hi Grace, thanks so much for letting me know that you're enjoying these workouts with your mom. Welcome to my channel and thank you for subscribing! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I don't create pilates videos, unfortunately. I create cardio, strength and stretching videos. I also have a second channel with seated stretches which your mom might enjoy (rather than sitting on the floor): youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts

I have lots to choose from depending on what you're looking for. If you go to the playlists, you'll find lots of cardio workouts under the 'beginner' cardio workouts. But, if you want to be challenged more, you could move up to the intermediate level workouts. The all-in-ones are great as well for being challenged more since they include cardio, strength, balance and stretching.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment.💖Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. I’ve been trying different aerobic videos for the past few weeks. I finally found a good complete video. Thank you for sharing this. I appreciate that you included a warm up, cool down, and stretch. It’s amazing how many people don’t include those. Thank you so much! I’m saving this video to do it regularly 😊
I'm so glad to read that you enjoyed this one out of all the other videos you tried. I always include a warm-up, cool-down and stretching UNLESS the video is an add-on. I sometimes create short cardio workouts for people to add onto other cardio or strength workouts (for example, if they just want an extra 10 minute cardio workout). I also create all-in-one workouts which include cardio, strength, balance and stretching within one workout. You can find all of the workouts categorized in the playlists and also on my website (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com). I hope you enjoy more of the workouts!
Love the 'freestyle' punches! Great start to my day, thank you. Now for strength training, my resolution is to keep it up. Happy new year to you and your family 😊
Due to some major life events, I became quite physically inactive in recent months and was starting to really feel my age. I found this routine to be just the thing to get back on track physically. I love that there is no push-ups or flexibility tests, just moving. Thank You!❤
Thank you for taking the time to comment. I'm sorry to hear about some set backs, but I hope this fresh start with exercise and the upcoming New Year helps. If you enjoyed this one, you'll find more like it in the beginner level playlists (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate).
I'm 6 months postpartum and overweight 😢 I am going to try this work out tomorrow to try to get back in shape. I need to start back slowly so Thank you for this!
First of all, congrats on your new little one...must be wonderful cuddling with a 6 month old (mine are now 11 and 12 years old and I miss that baby stage!). Welcome to my channel!
Had so much fun with this workout. It was definitely arms day today. I did day 24 on the strength training before I saw this new one for cardio. My legs and arms do not want to coordinate with each other. I was laughing at myself each time I messed up. Loved the free style punching; no messing up on that one cuz I was all over the place! Have a great week-end and stay safe during this New Year's celebration.
Don't worry about getting your arms as high as mine. If you're just starting out, start of slowly and do what you can. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. Start with the shorter gentle or beginner workouts, see how you feel, and go from there. I truly hope the workouts keep you coming back to continue to get as much movement as you're able to do.
I love this workout, I am only 58 and I had endometrial cancer full total hysterectomy in Jan this year , I have found it hard to motivate myself and thought I need a low impact and even though I find the arms moving all the time and very tiring but also a little uncomfortable i have been doing this for three days and hoping to lose 11lbs gained from the hysterectomy and recovery time . Thank you for this it perfect .
You have definitely had a challenging 6 months. Congrats for looking for workouts to suit what you need to get started with more movement. Just so you know, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). You can find the videos categorized in the playlists so that way if you go to the 'beginner playlists', you'll find more around the same level of this workout. I hope to see you back!
I have never enjoyed working out, but you have persuaded me! I really enjoyed this much to my surprise. I really like the workouts with you talking and giving tips and encouragement, can’t get on with the music only ones. Thank you so much. ❤
What a great comment to read, Linda! I am thrilled that you enjoyed this workout. Thank you so much for letting me know. I hope my workouts continue to bring you back:) If you go to my website, I categorize the videos by talking, no-talking, etc. I hope that helps. www.improvedhealthforseniors.com
I bought the same ones for my 11 year old and squeezed into hers for a video about a month ago...I was very happy when I noticed they came in adult size, too:) I didn't have to peel them off this time!😉
Thanks. You are a treasure. ❤ My arm couldn't reach my foot to hold it. But, I lifted it, as much as I could. Maybe some day I will be able to hold my foot during that part of the exercise. Thanks. It's a pleasure starting my day with you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a lovely comment. I definitely appreciate it.💖 If you keep these up, over time you will be able to reach your foot to hold it up:)
This is great for seniors just starting to get fit. And because of it's low impact on the body, as compared to jogging. If anyone is interested in picking up the pace, and get both your RHR, and Vo2max to elite level, then I suggest speed walking, and HIIT resistance training. My workout today averaged 91% of my max heart rate, for about 100 minutes. I should only be able hold that pace for a few seconds, or a minute. Therefore, it makes sense that both my RHR, and Vo2max are 53. I am 66. Ultimately, if you want more than just being able to be mobile, and not out of breath. Then I suggest dedicating yourself to a more challenging routine, once you are comfortable with this.
My husband and I really love your videos, and they have helped us both (83 and 85). I can't seem to find the series. #1 had a little jogging in place. We can not find that one again or #2 etc. Do you have a list, so we can go in order? I can't find your name anywhere either. Thanks again.
Wow, you are both in phenomenal shape, Susan! I truly hope I'm as fit as both of you when I am in my 80's. Okay, let me help you out a bit. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and I categorize them all in the playlists. You can find all of the playlists on my homepage (click on my logo under a video). The interval series are under the intermediate level workouts and there are 4 series. You can also find all of my workouts on my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com. My name is Jules, btw. @@ImprovedHealth Thank you so much. I found you because I love Ma Mia music and sounded like a fun way to keep moving. You are beautiful and in GREAT shape. We are motivated when we see you having fun! I will go to your website. Thank you again.

Thank you for this. I was having GERD cough and hyperacidity in the middle of the night, and antacids couldn't seem to help. I couldn't even sit down because it gets worse. So, I played this and did your exercises as best as I can. After the 20 mins, I had less GERD cough and I could already sit down (but not sleep yet). I love the steps -- simple and easy to follow. I'll be doing this more often. Thanks a lot. ❤
I am SO glad to read that this helped, Lottie. Thank you for letting me know. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists.

Good morning, I’m 57 years young and a former athlete. I worked as an EMT for 25+ years. I have multiple injuries and have been immobile for far too long. I tried your workout with the intention of just watching but started to join in while sitting on my bed. I actually worked up a little sweat and started to feel the burn in my arms. Thank you so much for this! How many times per week should I follow this routine? -Jen
I'm so glad to read that you plan to start moving more. I think you're going to notice a big difference in a few weeks with your strength and energy level. Welcome to my channel! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. My suggestion is to go to the 'gentle' or 'beginner' level playlists and pick and choose different workouts (the gentle ones might be best if you have past injuries until you get into a routine again). I also create workout calendars and post them on my website which helps a lot of people to stay on track and makes it easy to choose workouts. You can find the calendars at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com under the tab 'workout calendars'. I hope that helps and I hope you keep coming back daily:)
Well, I've been avoiding anything that says 'cardio'. Feeling particularly feisty today so I thought I'd give it a go. Did the whole thing, kept up nicely if I do say so, AND I loved it. Thanks Jules.
This was so fun! Great music, exercises and supportive guidance. I'm 33 and gone through lot of stress recently, really struggling with energy levels and health... but felt so happy that I was able to complete the entire thing. I can now actually look forward to daily workouts without feeling like a failure. Thank you!

It isn't necessary to get in a killer workout to be healthy, fit and happy. Just enjoy how your body can move and what the exercise does for your energy and mood. I truly hope my workouts keep you interested and motivated.
I LIKE it when you make mistakes. You’re so entertaining. One of the moves you did on this one I messed up rePEATEDly. Can’t remember which one. I just laughed.

I always add it when I can. Sometimes I mess up when I'm recording, and then forget to look at my watch and write the step count down before I start the new recording. So much for me to remember to do as I'm recording the videos.
I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy and it’s been hard finding a workout that I can do being nauseous 24/7, but this one is so nice because I don’t have to bend or jump!

Hi Jules! I am so glad I came across this video. I am also someone who is not a senior or beginner who greatly appreciates these types of workouts. I am just beginning to move my body in gentle ways after months and months of IVF treatments. I finally have a break from the treatments until the fall when we will hopefully transfer one of our embryos. My body has been through a lot and this workout was exactly what it needed right now. Thank you!

If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out. I wish you all the best as you allow your body time off from the treatments, and I'm sending positive vibes your way for a successful pregnancy this fall!
I just did your workout at age 46and it was wonderful!! I have been so intimidated to go to those fast cardio classes because as a diabetic, I need to lose some weight badly. I am 180 and I need to go down to 140, at least. The workout I just did to your video in my living room was great and I feel great! Thank you for creating the video and contributing to me loaing weight and making moves to a healthier blood sugar.

Thank you again , 60 year old with multiple joint , cartilage and disc issues , just regrettably left my FT job cause it was too much lifting , I hope to lose 30 lbs and gain back some muscle so I don’t go down hill any farther
I hope to join you in doing these exercises. I'm proud to say I'm 71. Nevertheless I've been doing high aerobics and need to start on low aerobics, due to strain on my body. Have been watching low impact cardio exercising, and this is the one I vote for. See you soon.🎉😂😅
Welcome to my channel! Just so you know, I create gentle, beginner and intermediate level workouts (both seated and standing). You can find all of the workouts categorized in the playlists and also on my website (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com). I hope you enjoyed the workout!
Thank you. I have ADHD and so struggle with having a routine exercise program. The ability to turn on the TV and do some low impact exercises makes it so much easier.
Thank you so much. I will be 50 next month and I jump in and out from my exercise routine, I try to stay on track, but some workout are a little too intense. Your workouts are easy and feels more like fun because of your wonderful smile and sense of humor when you get off track ☺️
Have been doing concentrated muscle building, but wanted more aerobic that didn't overwork the muscles that were on rest. This worked wonders. I do this on arm day, and recover faster rather than being unable to recover. Thank you.
I'm an American on vacation for 10 days in UK. This will be my workout in my hotel room before I go sightseeing (and eating new foods). 👍 Thank you for this!
This is exactly what I was looking for. A way to get cardio that was accessible and doable. Really like your background painting and the soothing colours overall. Thank you.
This is such a good starter workout. I had weight loss surgery 3 months ago and I'm at the point where I need to get more serious about the exercise I'm doing. I did this for the first time today and was able to do the whole workout. I enjoyed it as well. I also have terrible knees, so it was gentle on the knees. I'll definitely be using this video and progressing to others. Thanks for providing these!
I'm so glad that you enjoyed this one and that it worked well for you. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Thank you for this video. It's my first time, as a senior with back problems, working out 20 minutes 3X each week. I have your link saved in my documents and just keep pressing each time. My husband does it with me now, while our lil' chihuahua looks on patiently...until the stretches. Then she licks me all over because she knows we're finished. ☺
I am SO glad to read that these workouts are working for you (and thrilled to read your husband is working out with you, too!). Thank you for taking the time to let me know that you're enjoying them (and that they are doable for your back). I would say to likely avoid the twisting moves (elbow to knee), or you can do them but just limit the amount you twist. Thanks again, Sharon.
Thanks so much for this video. I'm incorporating it with my pre-surgery knee exercises and general arm strengthening exercises. I always work up a sweat and that makes me feel like I've actually done something. They are easy for me to do and yet I get a good workout.
I'm glad to read that you're enjoying this one and that it fits in well with your other exercises (kudos to you for doing your pre-surgery exercises!).
Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed this one. Just so you know, I create gentle, beginner and intermediate level workouts. You can find them all categorized in the playlists. I hope you find more here that you enjoy:)
Oh boy. Your light day is my "have to break it up into two chunks because it's too hard" day. 😅 Well I gotta start somewhere right??
Thank you so much for this video! I have hypermobility and have strained/injured myself with other workouts and trying to push myself too far. This is the perfect video for me to still get my body moving!
Thank you for taking the time to comment. If you liked this one, you can find more at this level in the 'beginner level' playlists (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate).
thank you so much for the video. low-impact is so easy to do for seniors..nice way to keep you moving and fit.
So true. There is no need to push super hard as we age...we just need to keep moving and do strength training to stay strong.
ah, the irregular reps (3 reps) got me big time! thanks for a good workout.
Thank you for this great work out , made me feel so good.
Thanks so much for letting me know, Asha.❤️
im only a teenager, but my unfitness has started to affect my life and i needed somewhere to start. this has helped me, and im gonna be honest my confidence, in ways you cant imagine. no shame, just calm, almost meditation. thank you so much 🥰 from ireland 🇮🇪
You’ve got this!!!❤🎉
Hi Charlie, I'm so glad you're here. You are at a great age to make a change. My suggestion is to try to eat healthy foods and make exercise part of a daily plan. If you ever need any guidance on your fitness journey, just reach out to me. I'd be more than happy to help.
im 70 years now following your simple exercises because i dont want to take medicine. Thank you so much
It's great to read that you're using exercise to minimize meds...exercise definitely makes a big difference.
Ready to take my health seriously, in my early 30s with more than 100 pounds to lose.. Glad to be moving daily.
Consider this 67 year old man's world officially ROCKED! Subscribed and ready for 2023. Cheers
Lol, thank you for making me smile:) Happy New Year, Tom!
Thank you!

Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. I dont know what, i have tried so many other workouts but in this workout i was able to burn the most calories amongst all 20 minutes workout series i have tried. no jumping and bending and so easy physically. I am so liking it.
Thanks a lot ❤
That's great news! Thanks so much for sharing that with me.

Love this! I am close to 65. Always worked out from younger days, High school, the Flashdance workouts in my 20 & 30, then more easier in 40 & 50's. This I can do and enjoy! I can't handle the hard workouts anymore, but love this. Thank-you!
I’m so glad you enjoyed this. I create 3 levels of workouts so you’ll have lots to choose from depending on how you’re feeling each day.
Thanks jules had fun in your classluv lorraine❤😂😅😅😅😅😅
1 semester pregnancy, I felt like I was losing myself and became depressed after not working out for 2.5 months. This made me so happy. Thank you!
Jules great?workout luv lorraine❤😂❤
Thank you so much for this low impact cardio workout !!!!!
Thanks enjoyed it.
My 69 year old husband and I enjoy exercising with you. When you laughed at your mistake my husband said, it's nice to see that even young people can mess up. This brought me to "how old do you think she is?" He puts you between 25-34. How close is he?
😊❤
I definitely have to give a heart on your comment! Say thanks to your hubby for me:) I’ll be 49 in a few days time.
@@ImprovedHealth happy early birthday and I'm glad you enjoyed his gift. 🎁💗

Thank you for getting me moving.
Thank you for your great suggestion:)
That quote is so true. Thanks Cynthia.❤️
Easy , light work-out. Would like to see more squats etc and some balance work. Shame the music doesn't sinc with the movements. Good luck.
Thanks for your feedback. I don't usually put squats into the workouts when I label them as 'cardio'. In my all-in-one workouts, I put strength, cardio, balance and stretching all together.
I'm 20, and it's the first time I exercise, looking on RUclips, your video came up and I tried it, I loved it!
So glad to read that you're starting to use the exercises online! Welcome to my channel! Great workout for a convalescent shoulder. I was able to do some wrist movement and bicep activation in the sling. It's nice to be moving more.
Glad to see you are recovering and moving in whatever way you can right now. Wishing you all the best for 2023, Richard.
Thank you for a cardio video I can actually follow, and I got a sweaty workout too. I waste hours looking online for senior video routines that I am able to do. I am saving this one.

@@ImprovedHealth I will definitely check those out, thank you🥰
I've been doing this routine for about 4 months now and I'm wondering if you could recommend another one to move up to?
I have lots to choose from depending on what you're looking for. If you go to the playlists, you'll find lots of cardio workouts under the 'beginner' cardio workouts. But, if you want to be challenged more, you could move up to the intermediate level workouts. The all-in-ones are great as well for being challenged more since they include cardio, strength, balance and stretching.
this made exercise a lot less intimidating, thank you for your video :)
Thank you for your thoughtful comment.💖Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Did this today for the first time. Nearly stopped at 10 mins but carried on> Perfect for me at 55 with some mobility issues. Thanks.
Congrats for choosing to keep going and for completing it!
Love your plan for strength workouts in the new year. I look forward to reading about your progress over the months.
If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
I am glad to read that you laugh instead of being frustrated:) That’s perfect. Happy Nee Year!🥳
Trying this as chronically ill, will report back.
But from the get go i dont think i can raise my arms for half of what you did, we will see.
@@ImprovedHealth ❤️❤️❤️
Love those cute new leggings!
It's a great way to get exercise. Are you a physical therapist?
Thanks! I work as a Recreation Therapist with seniors and have a background in personal training with lots of specialty courses.
@@ImprovedHealth yes I will thank you very much 🙏❤️keep doing you are awesome 😍
Another FAB-O work-out! I enjoyed the emphasis on upper arms in this one...well...maybe "enjoyed" isn't the operative word...hahaha...
Lol, your comment made me laugh.
Thanks for adding the step count
I always add it when I can. Sometimes I mess up when I'm recording, and then forget to look at my watch and write the step count down before I start the new recording. So much for me to remember to do as I'm recording the videos.
I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy and it’s been hard finding a workout that I can do being nauseous 24/7, but this one is so nice because I don’t have to bend or jump!
First of all, congrats on your pregnancy! I hope the nausea ends soon for you. Loved the workout. I'm 73 and it gets me going for the day.
Thanks for your feedback:) 73 and strong!
Light cardio exercise really works for me, I'm on my 50's but yah love it! I need to lose weight 😅. Done my first exercise. Tha!

Thank you!

Always a great workout. Thank you Jules. You have a nice voice and enjoyed you mixing talking with music in your April calendar.
Thank you for your great feedback.
Thank you again , 60 year old with multiple joint , cartilage and disc issues , just regrettably left my FT job cause it was too much lifting , I hope to lose 30 lbs and gain back some muscle so I don’t go down hill any farther
Congrats for being here regularly and for working towards better health, Dee.
I am so happy, I found you😊 Montreal, 🇨🇦
Thanks so much for letting me know that, Colleen!
Thank you. I have ADHD and so struggle with having a routine exercise program. The ability to turn on the TV and do some low impact exercises makes it so much easier.
I'm so glad you're finding these helpful. If you liked this one, you'll find plenty more like it in the 'beginner level' playlists.
This was great for my inbetween workout days where I dont want to get sore but I still want to move and stretch! Thank you!!!
Thank you!
Thank you so much. I will be 50 next month and I jump in and out from my exercise routine, I try to stay on track, but some workout are a little too intense. Your workouts are easy and feels more like fun because of your wonderful smile and sense of humor when you get off track ☺️
Thanks for putting a smile on my face with your kind comment. Wishing you an amazing 50th birthday and 50th year! (I turned 50 in Jan)
Have been doing concentrated muscle building, but wanted more aerobic that didn't overwork the muscles that were on rest. This worked wonders. I do this on arm day, and recover faster rather than being unable to recover. Thank you.
Thanks so much for letting me know that this one is working well with your routine. Congrats on focusing on strength training!
❤
I'm an American on vacation for 10 days in UK. This will be my workout in my hotel room before I go sightseeing (and eating new foods). 👍 Thank you for this!
If you get bored of this one, you can find lots more in my playlists on my channel. I hope you have a wonderful time in the UK!
This is exactly what I was looking for. A way to get cardio that was accessible and doable. Really like your background painting and the soothing colours overall. Thank you.
Thank you!!! If you enjoyed this one, you'll find more like it in the beginner level playlists.

Thank you so much…very enjoyable.👏👏
Thank you so much!! I have been looking for a core strengthening routine with weights. I am 58…I will be doing this workout regularly. ❤❤
