    Today's 10 minute seated yoga stretch practice is tension release for the upper body. We focus on relieving tightness and stiffness in the neck, shoulders, chest, upper back and side body.
    This is a calming and relaxing yoga stretch class to help relieve stress and tension in the body and mind. Do this anytime you need some self-care to maintain your physical and emotional well-being.

      Hi there! I'm not certified to teach prenatal yoga. However, I do have a playlist of "pregnancy-friendly" videos. These are videos I filmed while I was pregnant in 2016 and 2018. These are not strictly prenatal yoga videos but I do demonstrate how certain poses can be done by a changing body.
