  • This 25-minute feel-good side body yoga stretch & flow class has a little bit of everything with a focus on side bends. Side bends help stretch the intercostal muscles (muscles between the ribs) to help with our breathing, mobility, and flexibility. It also just feels really good to practice side stretches! We start in mountain pose and end with an optional Savasana. You may stay as long as you like.
