Rob Riches Back Workout:
Lat Pulldown: 4 sets of 15,12,12,10 reps
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps
Weighted Chin-ups: 3 sets of 10,10,8 - drop set to failure.
Seated Cable Row: 3 sets of 15,12,10 reps.
