    Rob Riches Shoulder Workout:
    Dumbbell Shrugs - 3 sets of 15-12 reps
    Seated Lateral Raises* - 3 sets of 15-12 reps
    Trap Bar Shrugs - 3 sets of 12-8 reps
    Chin Ups (Behind the Back)* - 3 sets of 'as many as you can do'
    Incline Bench Pronated Front Raise - 2 sets of 12-10 reps
    Incline Bench Pronated Rear Delt Flyes* - 2 sets of 15-12 reps
    Behind The Back Smith Bar Shrugs - 2 sets of 12-10 reps
    High Cable Rope Rear Delt Down* - 2 sets of 12-10 reps
    *(Performed as a super-set exercise)

    Paraphrasing but: pushing for that 11th, 12th rep is what's going to make the difference between your progression stagnating or being able to break through and advance.

    Need to sort out the sound editing, music to loud have to turn speakers down then when you come on and talk need to turn speakers up. Really annoying but still good video's.

      Singh Fitness it makes absolute sense. As he said he is hitting a compound exercise with the behind the neck pull up, meaning he's targeting multiple muscle groups at once. Also this video includes trap and front felt isolation exercise
