    Excelente rutina, sobre todo el estiramiento de los musculos; ayuda mucho despues de levantar peso estirarse un poco ya que se siente que los musculos no se quedan Hechos nudo por el esfuerzo. Saludos y un abrazo.

    rob, why on earth do you never address uneven abs? so many of your fans recognize that you used to have crooked abs and you now have some of the best abs ever. lots of people that watch your videos or buy your books want to fix their L shaped ab and get symmetrical blocks, yet you never address this subject.
    personally i feel really self conscious about my abs because they are so asymmetrical. you have knowledge which could ease others' suffering but refuse to share such knowledge. WHY?

      Tutto998 his abs used to be crooked and are not any longer. his knowledge is what makes his abs look better than steve cook's abs
