Rob Riches Upper Back Workout:
#1. Weighted Chin-Ups: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
#2. Single Arm Cable Rows: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
#3. Incline Bench Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
#4. Close-Grip Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 10-12 reps. each arm
#5. Inverted Row: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Damn, that was Mr. Glass there! Rob you might like the 'lat pull in' by Doug Brignole. It's almost similar to the one handed variation you did but at a slightly different angle.

My upper back feels uncomfortable it's not pain but a stiffness any way I figured one of those workout might help, any advice?

He said he will do chin ups but did wide grip pull ups instead.
He's British so might be how they say it there. Also, when you think about it, every variation of a pull up is a chin up since you are pulling your chin upwards towards the bar. The same thing can be said for a chin up that it's also a pull up..
