I remember posting a pic of you on my Facebook page and saying that I will be that lean and be able to perform as well! aslesh hey Man. i think you shouldn't do biceps after Back because a lot of artictles Say it's not good because your biceps will be tired after doing backs. if you go 4 Times a week you should do something like this (in my opinion, cause IM not a professional or anything like that it's Just an opinion) day: chest and abs day2: Back and shoulders day3: arms (and abs if you want to) day4: legs.

To lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit, meaning that you burn more calories than you consume. Use this forumla to figure out your calories to burn fat (your weight in pounds (lbs) x 15 - 500). You don't need to do any cardio to lose fat, cardio is just there as a supplement to fat loss but it is not needed or necessary but you should do some for good general health. And you can eat whatever you want, don't listen to people that say you HAVE to eat healthy. No you don't, a college professor went on a twinkie only diet and he lost weight. You can lose weight eating whatever you want with some exceptions. Work hard, stay consistant and don't give up!

if done correctly, with good form, proper braching and programming, and lifting mostly without gear, risk of injury is very low. hower if you get more an more inflamtion and connective tissue problems you NEED to deload. or you will hurt you. oh and try to avoid crossgrip. deadlifting is a great excersise builds lot of muscle in the back, but you have to use it smart.
