    Rob Riches Overall Chest Workout:
    Modified Incline Bench Standing Presses: 4 sets of 12-8 reps
    Dumbbell Presses (Flat to Incline): 5 sets of 12-8 reps
    Dumbbell Flys: 2 sets of 15-12 reps (superset with next exercise)
    Parallel Bar Dips*: 2 sets of: to Failure
    Cable Flys: 3 sets of 15-12 reps (high and low position)

      He's in between sets... not everyone goes to the gym and does meaningless fluff and pump work with no rest. Some take a more realistic approach, rest enough between sets to achieve progressive overload.

    Wouldn't it be safer and help avoid a low back injury (at 0:30 and 1:04) to stack the weight while the bar is at clavicle height on the rack?

    Great Vif Rob. ..What's your opinion on the dead lift? Found a magazine article that advised against doing it for the "perfect physique"..Can't be right of you don't neglect shoulders chest and back

      Kerry Deangelis for optimal growth 2-3 times a week per muscle group with a total of 18-24 sets a week.

    What's with the music or noise that's kind of sounding like music.? It's very loud & distracting from what you have to, say. I had to replay to get some of your instructions.. You almost sound like your voice & nusic are competing for spot light. You are the star make it that way. Don't recall other vids being like this.
    Think a lot of your vids but if they continue this way, it's not worth frustration trying to hear what you have to say.

    If Jesus had done lot of overall chest development, he could have crush the cross when in crucifixion position
