It's hilarious on Mondays, aka international chest day, there's lines for the bench presses lol.

I do my regular chest and tri routine, back and bi's, shoulders and legs, and then do this routine. Was very reluctant to give this a try but just need to get over the fear and just do it.
Dumbel pullovers are majorly back workout. Chest pecs start from the arm joint to the middle, as we know any muscle gets worked out upon stretch and contraction, doing pullover stretches and contracts the lats and not the chest.
You are doing it wrong then you can do it two different ways. If you can’t even decide which muscle to engage I suggest you learn about muscle activation first before trying out these advanced level workouts lol
@Luc Germain sorry mate but thats a myth, pain dosnt equal gain. it dosnt matter how sore or tired you are. i could hit you on the chest with a brick 100 times, you would be very sore and very tired but you wouldnt grow.
I do my workout physically normal volume and watch this workout mentally highly volume to completely fatigue my muscles. So that I don't create imbalances from my body and mind.

I agree, I can't do dips after upper and mid session, and that dips are even to isplate chests so without triceps even harder... You should start with your lacking part. I'm lacking on my lower part so I do that first and I see much improvement... Ofc my incline bench is weaker, because I am exhausted, but I don't do too much sets of incline barbel, I switch to the cables, dumbell, and dumbell pullover. Dumbell pullover is great finisher for upper and lil bit less of mid chest
Amazing workout! If you have not reached this man's physique yet, it is better to separate exercises by the part of chest they train. Last time I trained upper chest with these exercises and it was fire🔥
Senseless Nonsense Actually, when people work out "A LOT" with this much volume, it's usually a good indicator that they don't know what they're doing, or they're on something. More isn't always better.
Listen!!! its simple! --> Don't do many exercises, just do the ones that you feel it works well for you. Like you can do only 3 of them but do more reps. Easy! ; )
People saying that he is not natural for doing a 10+ exercise workout, I am completely natural, 16 years old (been working out for 1 and a half years)and I managed to complete the workout in an hour and a half, and I didn't feel absolutely crushed the following day, so try it out if you have been training for a longer time.

I never feel like I target my chest with any press. My triceps and front delts give out before my chest.

Check Athlean X's recent video on 5 red flags of a weak chest and follow what he says to fix it
thats because barbell presses only work front delts. you have to isolate with dumbbells or cable flys.

It's an advanced workout. If you've been training long enough you can hit it naturally no problem. Just don't train chest again for at least 4 days.
