    I've been dong yoga with Sean since I was like 37. Now Im a 47 y.o. dude undoing damage from doing crazy workouts. Whenever my back gets dinged up, I do these videos and get relief! Thanks Brother!

    Wow, can’t wait to finally play a round of golf with a nice, loose spine! My body, mainly lower spine felt so compressed. These movements really loosened me up. All those years of lifting weights killed my body. Finally feel like I found something to undo the damage. I tried yoga with my wife but never took to it. The way Sean jumps right in and start the movements is perfect! Yoga with Sean will be become part of my morning routine!

    Hi Sean. I’ve been doing your RUclips videos since January 21. I’ve always had a stiff back and could just about touch my knees on a forward fold. Today for the first time I managed to touch my toes. I feel fantastic at 59. Never too old to start yoga. Thank you 👍

    I'm a big unit who sits all day and had a back operation 25+ years ago, the back's never been the same since then, sometimes I have problems with it but all of these exercises definitely help when it flares up. This is the first time I've seen this particular video but had already been doing most of the positions as I found them most beneficial to the back. There are a few in here that I hadn't seen/done before, so I'll be giving them a go. I find people are skeptical/cynical about yoga and the image it has, but if it sorts you out and gets you straight, then give it a shot.

    I’ve developed a pinched nerve in my lower back. Yoga in general has relieved nerve pain and numbness. This video completely relieved my rigidity and pain in back 👍🏻

    This was my first experience with yoga and it was fantastic. I have 5 vertebrae fused in my lumbar and get spasms a lot. However this has helped me a lot. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

    Love the 15-30 minute range of videos. Especially for the stretching focused ones. Great for off days or just to begin your day.

    Hey Sean, I’m 37 have had 3 back surgeries (last one a-lift L4-5 fusion). I was bigger than playing OL in college due to a car accident.
    With walking, mild dieting, and using your yoga I have noticed a substantial improvement. Thank you for giving something like these videos to people like me!

    Coach Vigue you are a sorcerer, not a yoga expert. I've had a nagging pain in my back for two weeks now after completing a brutal mountain bike trail. Nothing has stopped the pain. Got to admit I was apprehensive at doing these stretches, but the pain has subsided by about 90%. I fully intend to keep on with these stretches.

    Great job Coach Vigue. Especially liked the modified cobra stretch where when I tilted my head down I could use my arms like a fulcrum and pull through my lower lumbar to stretch them. I’m doing it again.

    Had a recent accident and this helped. I just don't hold the poses if they cause discomfort.
    I'm sure Vigue yoga helped me bounce off the car bonnet with minimal damage.

    I must say this routine really helps my back as I‘m isolated at home having coronavirus. Long lack of physical exercise took it‘s toll on my back experiencing pain and stiffness. But it started to ease down a lot once I started doing this yoga. I do it in the morning and in the evening. And boy, did my body miss exercise! Thanks for sharing this!

I really appreciated that you spoke clearly and slowly - the muffled mumbling "yogi voice" that most others use is really hard for older men to follow. New sub!

    Have a degenerated bulging disc at L5S1 and don’t want any surgery yet as I am young. Have been starting to do yoga to help loosen me up “ I am extremely tight can’t touch my
    Toes” this was my first yoga experience. I feel good hoping this stuff can help me out.

    Thank you very much for your video. I have had major lower back issues. I had to do something about it. Your video is great. The child pose and then the movements left and right from there, really provided relief. I have been doing this video 3x a week. Its keeping me moving and out of pain. Thanks again.

    I had back surgery in April. L4/5 disectomy and lamenectomy, and this was great. A video with maybe with some air squats, calf stretches that don’t require bending, basically anything to strengthen and stretch my legs, without bending at the back or Lots of twisting or jumping. Could be a good video!!
