I'm a pretty flexible person I think, but my hamstrings are very tight. my job consist of me standing most of the time which it starts to effect my lower back, is that because my hamstring are to tight? should I do more lower back and hamstring stretches. @SeanVigueFitness

4 days doing this video so far. I figure I'm gonna give myself a week or two doing this one before moving on to one of the longer beginner videos. The overall goal is weight loss (down 25 lbs so far) and I know you have videos for that, but I figured I'd work on giving myself a base of flexibility first. Thanks for the great channel.
Finally a “beginner” yoga video that I could actually do. The problem with so many of the beginning videos, is that they're done by people with so many years of experience they have no clue what beginning really feels like for most people. I especially liked that he addressed intermediate stages the flexibility and emphasized that it was a process to be achieved gradually overtime. Thank you.

I found your routine and I have been doing this 3 times a week, for about 3 weeks.and I love it!! it's hard, but I am getting better! I have tried other yoga videos, none are as good as this. Sean is a brilliant teacher. I might not of progressed past the beginners one but it makes all the difference in the world to my flexibility. As a guy this is one thing I needed to work on. Amazing Sean, a life changer.

I'm really picky about videos...especially exercise videos. This was the first yoga video I've tried without getting annoyed or frustrated to the point of giving up. I have a bum knee, am overweight/out of shape, bad back, bad neck.... the list goes on haha. I also work 8 hours a day sitting at a computer! But with this particular routine twice a day (extending stretches as I go!) I’ve felt such an immediate difference. And any time I skip a day or two my body sure lets me hear about it lmfao. Thanks for making an easy to understand and easy to start routine that someone like me (who has trouble following through) can really dig their heels into. And I tell you my pain was not just physical but spiritual and as you begin talking and starting this warm up I got down on my floor and started...my pain subsided I felt like I was outside to. Thanks Sean!! I've been working with you for about a week and I can already see a difference in my posture and the way I feel. i'm a former athlete and I have to have knee replacement. Since working with you, I still have pain due to major arthritis in the knee, and no meniscus but... pain has lessened and I am walking better.

I have the flexibility of a steel I-beam. I've tried about 30 "beginner's" yoga routines. This is the first one that didn't make me feel totally inept at completing what those yogis apparently saw as beginner positions. I will be doing this everyday. Thanks!

From one teacher to another thank you sir! I found your instruction to be direct and useful. To my own fault I often gotten annoyed with many of yoga instructors. I guess this comes from the yoga culture, the soft music, low speaking etc.I know some people love it, and to each his/her own but it was an aversion for me. theres so many videos on here for beginners that i've had a tough time trying to choose one thats just right for me, i am just starting to exercise again and have done some simple yoga in the past but this video was perfect for getting my body relaxed and stretched Loved it definitely subscribed and will be watching and doing more

I'm glad this helps me out with my shoulders and aching back but of course, my joints keep popping whenever I work out, now that I'm really into yoga!

From one teacher to another thank you sir! I found your instruction to be direct and useful. To my own fault I often gotten annoyed with many of yoga instructors. I guess this comes from the yoga culture, the soft music, low speaking etc.I know some people love it, and to each his/her own but it was an aversion for me. I went to one yoga class years ago, and it was bothersome. Your instruction and demeanor and style are just what I need. God bless and keep up the Coaching.

Make sure you arrange a spot just for you to do yoga :)
Believe me, I will make sure I have an empty spot big enough for yoga!

theres so many videos on here for beginners that i've had a tough time trying to choose one thats just right for me, i am just starting to exercise again and have done some simple yoga in the past but this video was perfect for getting my body relaxed and stretched Loved it definitely subscribed and will be watching and doing more
