Just came across your channel. Winner winner chicken dinner! You crack me up! I am from Canada use to have a second vacation home in cape Coral years ago! Sold before the down turn. And thank you for taking things out of all the places you demo. It pains me so much these million dollar mansions that get demoed and they leave amazing hand crafted staircases, woodworking all over the homes and perfectly good kitchens, floors and all the doors and knobs etc. some that are ancient that someone would pay a lot for....so thank you for taking it out and selling it. I am sure it's worth your time for taking out anything salvageable!!!!! Hello from Calgary, Alberta Canada!!!

I'm an owner at the neighboring property, the green and blue building. That's Tropical Sands Resort. We are a deeded timeshare resort. The guy that owns our management company also owns a construction company as well, so he was able to utilize his maintenance crews to help with the rebuild and not using all 3rd party companies/contractors (obviously some had to be used for stuff like the pool, elevators, etc) really sped up the process. We opened back up at the beginning of June.
I was just there last week and it was saddening to see all the vacant lots everywhere from homes and resorts being torn down.

This guy is amazing, his market is Naples to Tampa Bay, his name is demolish ion pros. He’s in such a high market area that he want to save the custom railing, the doors and windows that have been trough a hurricane, just to make a buck. The clientele there would never buy it, let’s put morel railing around the pool. He’s on an episode of horders in the next year. He said he doesn’t have any more room already, I love this guy!! He reminds me of my grandfather that I had to clean up his 80 acres when he died. Your the best, someone will buy it, not, your the middleman for the trash company! Get a big picture, for real, you’re going bankrupt in 2 years. The cost in labor to remove those railings and they sit forever and nothing, your killing your business. Take it to scrap.

But yet we have a thriving business, 17 years on the resale side, the resale shop does over $800K a year. and the scrap another $300K. Its because of this thinking that the landfills get so much very nice stuff each year, most are not organized enough, its all in the planning.

    Life in Flori-Duh.
Honestly, the biggest threat to your life in Flori-Duh revolves around the republicans in Tallahassee. They would rather BAN books than read them! And there is a MASSIVE homeowners insurance calamity coming to Flori-Duh; I highly recommend you stay away from this state over the next 5-10 years, since this is going to come to a head, thousands of condo buildings will be reduced to little value at all, and then they will all have to be knocked down. Costing the now homeless owners; The republican state government DOESN'T CARE~
As to Fort Myers Beach? It will never be the same, and I bet it's population will be cut in half.
I live in Fort Liquordale, but I am 1 mile inland and since the bottom of the Sargasso sea just off of our beach drops off so quickly, a storm surge such as seen in Fort Myers is very unlikely at my home. Despite "governor" DeathSantis and his stupid, toothless trailer-dwelling or 80+ year old followers, I'm not leaving this place. It is still way better than some frozen shithole up north~!
