I was just checking my mail and saw something that I had wished for but didn’t expect. Dave and his team heard about the people snowed in our local San Bernardino mountains in Southern California and came to help! As usual the team Dave gathered came to the rescue without seeking accolades. Many thanks to these wonderful people.❤❤❤

@No Pill 4 me Dam dude you Must be such a smart and charitable person!!!!!, how could he make a video about it, spread awareness on what is happening and recovering the expenses he incurred to go out of his way and help people, Even if he made 69Trillion dollars profit from the video, HE STILL HELPED PEOPLE OUT IN THE PROCESS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED and making some money for a RUclips video does not change it, besides if he wasn't making money from these things He wouldn't be able to help people in the first place...., He could have also made the same amount of Money by revving a diesel truck while shouting "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" and filming it, would have been much easier and less expensive

@No Pill 4 me evidently you don't watched it very much. Yes he makes money he's definitely not out there to get poor. But if you haven't seen the more money he makes the more he pays forward. And he's got the best job in the whole world he gets to go out and help others, so what if he gets paid for it do you work for free. Do you see the amount of people he pays and help support their families. I don't think they want to work for free either. I bet your ass wasn't down there shoveling snow by hand. Just remember when you're pointing the finger at somebody else you got three pointing back at you. Dave if you got me fooled I want to stayed fooled. Amazon Maintenance Tech here. The conveyor stuff I noticed has TGW branding which is 1 of the 4 main contractors for Amazon. They mainly are used for smaller distro centers or DUT sites, amd some of the smaller SSD (Sub Same Day) AR sort centers. That box of MDR (Motor Driven Roller) a ND Sick brand photo eyes are definatley worth more than the 6 grand you paid. The belts, and additional hardware is also worth some dollars so it's looking good just o that portion alone. The main controllers that are used for those kinds of systems are customer to each site and tend to be delivered separately and are setup Fter most of the beds are measured, built and laid out. He reached out to Dave and asked him to ‘Make an offer’ sight unseen. if he wasn’t happy with the $6,000 offer, then he would of said ‘thanks but no thanks’ and tried to sell it elsewhere.
Turns out he was Happy with $6,000, he got his truck emptied and straight away went to pick up a load, he was back in business.
His contract with Dave was complete. Luckily the goods that were unloaded, were in good condition and can be sold on.
      Let’s play devils advocate…..
Dave offers $6,000, the offer is accepted. Driver turns up with a truck full of perishables, all now decomposed and need to go to landfill. It’s now going to cost Dave more money to dispose of it all.
Are you saying that Dave should go back to the driver and say, “I’m now out of pocket in the region of $7,000, you need to give me some money back”?”

With storage auction stuff ur looking at stuff people don't typically want around in a unit that costs 100 dollars a month to just get it out of the way.. here, someone spent thousands of dollars to transport said product that would have to be recouped upon arrival. I.e. shipment worth far more then the transport costs. He paid 6k, and could possibly 100x his initial investment.

I drove a semi for over 30 years and no owner/operator alive is going to let "Abandon freight" tie his trailer up for 3 or 4 weeks let alone 3 or 4 months. That and the driver not allowing his likeness to be videoed throws up serious red flags. He knew damn good and well exactly what he had in that trailer and what it was worth.
