You couldn’t pay me to walk in that water barefoot. 😮

@@-FREAKSHOW for how long? 🤔 Lmao
Fr💀 God knows what lives in there. And what kind of infections you‘ll get if you cut your feet.
@@DivaDShawty Gotta get to that plane and back
Why are we here in this life? Why do we die? What will happen to us after death???
From all the struggles you went through on this trip, it makes me think of what all the old explorers would have felt with even worse equipment and much heavier.
The tough old guys!
Not only the explorers, the ancient people too.
@themindless6234 absolutely, though no doubt they are/we're more adapted to that environment, imagine the whitest scotsman, welshman etc. Stepping onto land so unknown and so foreign for the first time with no idea of the wildlife, the fauna and not to mention the heat, the Spanish would of definitely been more adaptive to that sort of environment compared to the more germanic european colonizer.
This is by far one of the best documentary and experience to ever be created and filmed i’ve ever watched
BRO HOW ARE YOU WALKING BAREFOOT. You're really fearless
Is walking barefooted a taboo???
I don't think soy but with all the snakes and ants in there, it's for sure not funny and also all the thorns and pointy rocks underwater
@@margaretakwa5687 I think it is more about all the thingsthat can bite or sting you there and which you can not see under the murky water of the mangroves.
Moreover, one could get their foot punctured by a sharp broken mangrove stick or so, then get it infected and be screwed in the 'jungle'.
No but you can get hurt badly@@margaretakwa5687
This dude is so whiney, I was so suprised to see the no shoes thing. He's really trying to hard look cool and tough, which is fine, we all do it. But still, was very suprised. 😅
Every step that you took, had me at the edge of my seat. It's hard to imagine myself on adventures like these while at the comfort of my own home, but you go on such amazing adventures that make me jealous. Danger is at every corner, every step, glad that we're able to join you with each step.
Thanks for sharing your adventure in Puerto Rico. I was born in Yauco PR 1950 and Raised in NYC. I enjoyed the Adventure with you guys.
Much Love. Thank you 😊
Had dengue recently, 10 days in the hospital and my liver enzymes are running high since. Fun fact if Jose gets bit and then the same mosquito bites you, you are getting it as well. Awesome vid bro!
I can't tell if you're fearless or just an idiot, but I love it.
I can’t tell if you’re just an idiot either, but I love you Arab 😂
@arab ur an idiot for getting kidnapped in haiti lol
An idiot.
Arab idk why ur talking look at the shit you do 😭😭
speak to your self cmon 😂
I love your videos! You bring so much education, adventure, different lifestyle, etc. and I find it so interesting. I find it so interesting to the point where I want to get back into taking pictures again. Just want to say thank you, thank you for everything that you do. And please be safe
This is the Fearless & Far style I fell in love with some years ago! This is raw, talented journalism, amazing editing and storytelling, and most of all, taking risks in conflict areas to tell a powerful story. Keep up the amazing work, Fearless! 🙏🙏🙏
told what story?they didnt actually terll us jack shit about what happened etc Obviously pablo didnt lose his drugs and the pilot and crew must have survived that Guide knows more than hes letting on.The drugs are long gone.we would of loved to know this story but insted we get a diffrent story about Mikes trek through the jungle, and nothing to do with what happened at all.
Watching from South Africa. And its winter here so so coldddd

That was a difficult and challenging expedition. I can't imagine anyone doing it with Dengue. You truly are brave and fearless!
2 minutes and I can already say this is a MOVIE you kill it every time!! Much love dude keep on making these amazing videos of the places I wish I could go
thats the stuff im living for, im just to scared to go solo lately
maybe one day. keep going that good content mate
Habanero packed in his emergency supplies, Arturo your a legend ! lol awesome
Also theres a Shiiit tonne of cash worth of salvage on that Plane, its entirely Aluminum.. hell of a job hauling it to the water and boating it around to the nearest town though.
11.5k lbs @ $0.30 / pound... $3450.00 scrap value...
(Empty weight of a DC3, 18k total.
weight of engines - 1185lbs x 2,
weight of non-aluminum components - 3672 lbs.)
Had the plane not been crashed, you're right. It would have been a small gold mine on the parts market. Once the plane crashed though, none of the parts are allowed to be reinstalled. Scrap value though, it's a lot less than you think.
Also, realize the DC-3 is rather small. Put 3 full size, regular cab pickups in a line, and that line will be longer than the plane by a good 10-15 feet. Park 1 semi with a box trailer next to it, and you can hide the whole plane.
@@nunyabidness674 Thank you for this reality check!
incredible journey . thanks for taking us all along for the ride
Having to track down your guide is crazzzy
love the adaptability and toughtness you bring up,, keep going
I wish I could just re find ur content again nd just have like 20 new adventures to watch
Thanks for your 3 day’s of uncomfortable journey.Wanted to always visit Mexico someday! I enjoyed to watch this to appreciate
Did some more digging because it peaked my interest and they don't believe it belonged to Pablo Escobar because he would have been 17 at the time however the story is interesting. They did not find the crash till years later and they have no idea of any passengers, cargo, or any exact details so is a mystery for sure! Love the video regardless, keep up the work!
Yeah but still , it peeks my interest why there were so many bullet holes
@@TingedPlaysSame here, that plane definitely tells a story. All the barrels and everything I'm sure it was a drug plane for sure. Could have been shot by a rival gang or anything
what's its model? a WW2 plane?
Piques.
@@TingedPlaysas old as that plane is....bullet holes from another era. They could have parachute dropped the drugs elsewhere. And then jumped out on their own. And left the plane to crash course on autopilot. Many other theories. But the bullet holes. .....not so sure they contributed to the crash
The background music every video I love it so much !!!!
Mosquitoes are biting didn't know the fish are hungry too 😂😂 that sentence sums up the reality of the struggles you've been through mann ! Much love from Fiji 🇫🇯 Brother ! Love the content ❤
Not normally myy kind of thing but is so well done ive subscribed.Watching you struggle through the mangroves makes all my troubles pale into insignificance.Well done❤🇬🇧
That quick wasp duel was wild 🐝
Apparently, the plane had US registration N28343, and that it crashed there on August 17, 1966. , during a smuggling flight: two tons of contraband were seized inside the aircraft, which was seized by the military in 2019. They said they never found the pilot/pilots, so they don't actually know if anyone survived or not.
"the data suggest that this could not be true, since it seems that the plane crashed in Yucatan in August 1966, when the drug lord was 17 years old"
he crashed a plane in Yucatan and in Normans Cay?
It wouldn’t add up he was stealing cars and cemetery gravestones at that age. Maybe this was not his plane ?
Well if the pilots are not there, obviously they left alive😂
@@user-ik3mk5vi8m, that’s not necessarily true. They could have been killed, then thrown into the water to deteriorate over time. The bodies could also have been recovered via helicopter.
Man I can’t sit and watch your videos all day ❤
Sick video so far and I'm only 20 minutes in 🙌🏼 -Arlen
@46:00 I think we know what happened to the pilot look at the windshield
it looks like the stains are on the outside, the area where the crash-landed was probably wet at the time and mud and dirt sprayed up on the plane.
i didnt even realize till this comment wow
The pilots spirit probably haunts the plane
How would the blood be still be in this condition if you think they were shot or something
thats the plane
Do Australian Outback next ❤
Watching this on my 1 hour work break..and yet such a fearless Mike walking on barefoot😳..and wait let me continue..I’ll come later
Back to another EPIC episode!
Fearless indeed. Wow.
Greetings frome mexico 🇲🇽 awesome Mike the Best
Greating from South Africa
Just found your channel and I am sooo happy I did... What an incredible journey to get to a plane that had history...
Cool video I really enjoyed it. It's a cool episode. Take care, Don't die out there dude
The DC3 has always been my favorite plane. I am surprised someone has not gone there to strip parts to restore another plane. All those original switches and levers and seats are very hard to come by now.
Hauling it out of there without a helicopter would be a nightmare. At that point you'd spend so much fuelling the helicopter it wouldn't be worth it.
@@SmolPotatowothat’s where you are wrong lmao
@@coleplayz8046 In which way? That you could do it without a heli or that it'd be worth it renting/fuelling a heli?

46:00 I thought that was rust for a second then I realised glass doesn’t rust… someone didn’t make it outta that chair on the left
Thats some red algea, after 30+ years there isnt any blood left.
yeh that was my 1st thoughts tooo.. and then he didnt even Notice? Lol.
i did not notice this either the first time watching through and after reading the comments about it and going to the timestamp i have never felt this kind of shock and dread- that is so much blood,, for him to not notice especially in person? its so eerie
Huh? its clearly not blood so idk what your assuming but only a fool would think its blood and that it lasted all those years..
@@ItsSweetShot Bloodstains can last myriads of years; but that deep lustrous red of fresh blood doesn't hold up at all well that’s from a study as you got me curious the plane crashed 50 years ago that’s probably means if it was blood you could more than likely see it and it would become a paint like substance that peels very easily, in short you nor I know what actually happened so do some research before commenting.
little do they know...Jose was the pilot
thats what i was thinking, like why would he be randomly climbing a tree hunting way out there? lol
What if he was who never knows 😊
@@bicbuildsfor the white snow maybe?
He's the one who took all that snow that's why he knows the way so good
Pilot was José Chihuahua from Sinaloa. His co-pilot was another Chihuahua
Great adventure guys, have to give it to you ,,,you are definitely determined and you bring back memories of me years ago, love your videos with so much of a desire to discover, thank you very much, take care please.
Destination of the journey aside, this is a badass trek. This is probably my second favorite video to date right, behind the one where you go in the caves with the crystal skull. Hunting monkeys with the Hazda was pretty wild as well 💪
Bro looks like ANDREW TATE who agrees😂
This plane crashed in 1966. You're telling me this was Pablo Escobars' plane when he was 17, 7 years before he started smuggling drugs by plane?
Duh he time traveled🙄😒🙄😒
How do you know the plane crashed in 66
@nicholas4839 The Yucatan Times wrote a story on it. Along with several other articles.
Don't forget Pablo Escobar had a handful of time machines no one really knows how many he owned or where they are, he did this because in case one gets destroyed he will simply find another one at a secret location and keep time traveling. Pablo Escobar probably time traveled 7 years ahead and then crashed then he probably time traveled back to present time with all the experience he needed to become the ultimate drug lord.
Yeah this guy is full of shit most of the time.
Loved the video, just subscribed ❤
This was an awesome video loved every second of it!
crazy experience and mad respect. but why barefoot?
Anything like tall boots or sneakers will get you stuck in the mud and if the water rises you can drown or you can starve to death or be killed by a wild animal
just gonna ignore the fact that the windshield is covered in dried blood
My thoughts exactly lol
Same
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK UPWARDS FROM THE SEAT WERE THE PILOTS SITS, NOTICE THAT THE WIDE SAFETY HATCH IS MISSING, CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW MANY STORMS THEY'VE HAD SINCE THE AIRCRAFT WENT DOWN, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOON LONG AGO,THEY DONE A FANTASTIC FORCED LANDINGS, ONLY A PILOT THATS IN GOOD SHAPE WOULD BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE THAT, THEY WALKED AWAY ALIVE, TAKE THIS FROM A PILOT
Mud and fungi... It's on the outside... If it were blood it would have turned black about 3 decades ago.
Ur absolutely correct 👍 everything is in ur mind wow 😮 incredible content. I’m a new follower.. question was that you with Czech in affect in Miami eating food ‘?

Spray bottle , cinnamon, alcohol, dawn = mosquito repellent
Are you giving random home remedies for someone hiking with no shoes in a jungle?
And it’s eco friendly 😂😂
Everyone is thinking , just imagine the first guy who discovered this plane and found it just abandoned full of coke nd took it and sold and made millions…😮
Thank you for another awesome one . 💯🐉
that was an extremely talented pilot, they put that thing down smooth, at probably 70-100 mph.
29:32 dude has a cold Coca Cola! 😊
Finally, you're back
WOW 😮 EPIC! THANKS MIKE AND ESPECIALLY, YOUR GUIDES!
is that Blood all over the Plane Cockpit windows? How DOES HE NOT NOTICE..... LOL.
Looks like it's on the outer side of the glass... May be mud?? 🤔
Just some algae accumulated over the years. They come in many colors.
It's Heinz Ketchup

Good to see ya back Bro!!💯💯❤️
Love your channel and following your travels. Thank you so much for sharing your love for adventure with us. From Canada.
Why go barefoot?
Because he doesn’t give a fuck
Wearing shoes in mud like that creates heaps more suction, so much harder to walk.
He is fearless
It's less effort to take steps, your feet can breath and you're forced to pay more attention.
Maybe he likes the feel too, I wouldn't know any more reasons than that.
To be one with the land why else.. think our ancestors wore shoes.. 😂 I’m playing I’d be scared to lose a foot from infection or some bite 😂
THIS VIDEO IS STRAIGHT CLICK BAIT…. That Was NOT pablos plane that plane crashed and 66 has nothing to do with Pablo at all whatsoever. He just tried to have people come to this video that has 90% of you walking through the outdoors and five minutes of you walking through some random plane that you say is Pablo Escobar’s. … yucatan did a few articles on this plane crash. It has nothing to do with Pablo Escobar.
Doesn't matter the video is still entertaining Pablo's plane or not
That's really disappointing.
Thanks for saving my time
Thanks for saving our time
That’s not true at all. It was Pablo’s drugs. The plane was actually owned by an American Roger Reaves who flew the drugs to the US. Nice try though keyboard cowboy
