my several friends have already wasted 4-5 years in UPSC preparation. Now, they are neither good for a corporate job, nor good to run any shop. Only thing they have now is 30 years of age, zero bank balance, and tons of unnecessary bookish knowledge.

    2. Probably to 80 to 90% of Indian population thinks, Stock market = gambling, even if some try, fail to figure it out and get out of it with loss, primarily I think lack of long term thinking
    3. Eventually it does not matter if you are doing gig job or high end job, what matters is how you want to use your money to reach where you want to reach in life.
Those who focus on that without getting distracted from everyday noise will reach upper class, parents need to figure out how long they can afford to let their kids figure out what they want to do with their lives.

How To Live In Harmony With Nature And Reduce Pollution
      1. Many Production Which We Do Not Need Actually For Human Beings Has To Be Stopped
We manufacture so many products and it is creating pollution. So if we minimise our products, pollution would be less.
We produce so many things which we do not need, like cold drinks, leather products, potato wafers, chips, fruit juices, chocolates, biscuits, pickles, ice creams, etc.
Cold drinks, fruit juices, pickles, ice creams, etc. Should be cooked at home only.
If we stopped producing this things which are not required for humans, so much pollution could be reduced.
If we colour the clothes pollution occurs. So if we don't colour our clothes, the pollution resulting from colouring the clothes can be stopped. Let everything remain in natural colour.
      2. We Should Cook Foods In Its Natural Form
We can cook rice and wheat in our homes and eat it. Rice and Wheat is produced in farms. Then it is packed and transported to big warehouses, then wholesalers buy from them and supply to retail shops.
But if a manufacturing company makes bread from rice and wheat, then to make bread a manufacturing company has to be set up, machines and working staffs are needed. When a company is built many other things are also needed. Then at last a plastic pack is required to pack the breads.
So if we start cooking eatable things in its natural form then we do not need many companies like bread manufacturing company, tomato ketchup, noodles, fruit jam, pizza, burger, etc., the things required for the company and the plastic pack, paper box pack and glass bottles. If done like this, so many companies will not be required and hence less pollution for the world.
Also we could save our money like this. If you buy a packet of bread, it would cost you more money than if you cook wheat and rice in home.
Previously before industrial revolution, we didn't have technology, but our foods were rich with nutrients. Now we have technology, but technology is polluting our foods and our foods are not rich with nutrients, and because of that also we have health problems.
If this is done, then many jobs would be lost. For that many peoples should do farming and they should be given loans if they do not have enough money to start farming on their own.
Food, Medicines, Surgeries and Education's should be made free to the world till the world settles down with farming. After that food, medicines, surgeries and education's should be stopped free to the world.
Many people should study botany subject so that they have knowledge of plants and they should do farming.
Is their any another solution, that humans won't lose jobs and also pollution would decrease. Humans have to take this step certainly instead of going on polluting the earth, making wildlife extinct and also mass extinctions of humans in future.
      3. Electricity Pollution
We create electricity from many types of sources like coal, water, etc., but it creates pollution. If electricity created from windmill and solar energy then no pollution occurs in the creation process. But still to manufacture windmill and solar machines pollution would occur.
As I previously said that if we shut down many manufacturing companies which are producing things which are not needed for humans, then the world would not require so much electricity. If less electricity required, then less pollution generated.
      4. Could We Stop Drinking Cow's and Buffalo's Milk
Whatever vitamins and nutrients we get from milk, if we can get it from other eatable things, then we can stop drinking cow's and buffalo's milk. As milk has to be packed in glass bottles and plastic packs and then transported to places. All of this can be stopped.
For infants whose mother's have died or mother's who cannot breast feed their infants, only for them cow's and buffalo's milk should be given. We use milk in tea and coffee. Instead of milk we must use lime with tea and coffee or just plain tea and coffee. A lime should be cut into a few pieces and cooked with tea and coffee or something else can be used instead of lime.
      5. How Much Should Be The World's Population
Every place should have a single house. No buildings, everything ground floor. If we do this and the whole lands of our planet earth would be occupied one day with homes, farms, forests, schools, hospitals, etc., then we would come to know how much our planet earth can have maximum population.
Once the population is determined, then we have to maintain that population. For example if our earth can have a population of 10 billion peoples, then when the population reaches 10 billion, then everyone should have only one child till the population reaches 9 billion peoples. As if we have only one child then the population decreases. When population is 9 billion peoples, then everyone should have 2 children's till the population reaches 10 billion peoples. After that again we should have only one child. In this way population can be maintained.

While with 70K, if you save 7-10K or 20-25% of your salary, then you are ahead of him who earns 3L. If you invest your savings in a well planned manner, your money will start working with you and make you future ready.

As you rightly said, no one can take their position for granted be it individual, family or nation or organizations. This is natural evolution phenomenon. I have seen personally middle class families becoming lower middle class and vice versa. The only difference is that now the pace of this change is very fast. Earlier by that I mean in 70s or 80s , if this kind of transition was happening over several decades, now this kind of change is happening in 5 to 10 years. Keep it up. 26-28 saal ke UPSC ki tyari kr rhe h... Sir aapne toh aate hi humari besti krdi 🤦‍♂️😅.
And yes sir, you are right about that Middle class thing. After graduation I started a job and was earning ok( not much but ok) . But my parents literally forced me too much for Govt. Job and I had to quit that job ( although I was not going to do that job for lifetime i was just trying to learn things) but my parents and relatives you know🙄 told to me to just focus on govt. Job and that's all you need to live a good life and then get married and happy life🤗.
But that's not the reality there is no guarantee you will get govt. Job in 1-2 or 3-4 for years or may be not but in that process you waste or lost your whole precious time to learn things and get your skill sharpened for future. you just waste your whole life and time in that exam preparation nothing else and if you didn't make it God knows what will happen to you or us, cause we are left behind much more to that time ,Just blank. and then we see others.
And yes, even my family took my job after graduation to their ego that how can you do that little paying job. I wasn't able to explain them cause they just don't want to listen 🤷‍♂️ that was so frustrating.
Middle class don't want to think beyond that cage of job and saving snd then marriage they don't want to try or don't let their kids try and in the end they blame their kids that's all.
Now I am 26 and going to be 27 this year already 2 attempts in UPSC just given everything to this exam and really hasn't done anything else( cause there is really no time in b/w to try something new) . Now I can only relay on this exam and if I didn't make it I know I have to start from years back where I left cause no one going to count my attempts into experience. Its a bitter truth .
If you have something to do, do it. came out this mentality " Maa baap ka sapna pura krna h " Do things learn things see people around you and take experience.
Parents need to tell/ guide their kids how to do what he wants to do but instead they just tell their kids to change his mind and do they wants. This is very heartbreaking they got selfish just for their own ego and blame thier kid in the end sometimes it leads to depression and failure.
This is first time I wrote a comment this long, hope you will get what I am trying to say👍.
And for parents just grow up with time don't force your dream on your kid just because you weren't able to complete them. Time has changed so we have to change our way of living too.

Thank you for your valuable insight Sir. All the while watching this video, I was thinking as if you’re telling my story.😅 I’m from Bihar and I’m from a middle class family by mindset but lower middle class by financials. When I graduated from engineering college, I knew I wasn’t getting hired by any company so without wasting time I started working in a call center. My father, like every Bihari household wanted me to prepare for UPSC but I decided not to and that was one of the smartest decisions I took. 7 years of my working and I have learnt a lot by now. I made some stupid mistakes(as you mentioned) to satisfy my ego and got caught in debt trap but I learned about difference between asset and liabilities and now I’m in a better position. I would like to add that the biggest problem with us is poor knowledge of finance and lack of interest in learning. We think coz we have a degree so we know better. Also we have to justify we are better so we have to spend money on show offs which makes a hole in our pocket. If I talk about my state Bihar, people waste the most precious asset they have i.e. time on government job exams where chances of getting one is minimal. Had they spent this time in learning new skill, the result would have been much better.

I resonate fully with what sir here are saying. These are my exact thoughts too. Middle class has too much pride and shame to do literally anything what is needed to make and grow money and pursue their dreams. And they have too less money to buy anything or any experience they wish.
Having said that, the way our government is humiliating honest tax payers is also one biggest reason. A street chai vendor gives 0 income tax. We work some white collar job. Each and every Paisa earned by is visible to government and they squeeze us. In return we get potholed roads, water by tanker, irregular power connection. Lower class anyways here tremendous subsidies. Rich and business people have all the tricks to hide their income.
It is a punishment to be an honest, hardworking middle class person in this nation now.

Sir, To add - The middle class has always treated the lower class as inferior. We have seen the cases of food delivery boys beaten up by customers. This is why the middle class kid is reluctant to take up that role in the society which he thinks as inferior.
The technology and Communication skills that were once "inherited" by the middle class through their English Medium schools/colleges is becoming available for all And as you said the time is near when the push from the bottom will bring the Lower class equal to the middle class.

There are other reasons also for middle class like:
    1. blind faith in education embeded by parents and schools and colleges/universities, in reality after 8th std its worth not a penny
    2. Lack of initiativeness by parents. Punjabi families are very good example, they ask their kids to go out and earn early if they see that they are not able to gain anything from further study. But normally middle class lacks to provide and give this initiative to their kids
    3. Forcing kids to not let them focus on those subjets they like, they never become the master in that subject they like and remained average in those subjects which he don't like means lack of self-confidence and feeling of unworthiness
    4. Don't know what to do with their life, because of lack of exposure about fields like factory/indistry workings, computer graphics, photo-video editting, market level codings
    5. Shame from working in worker/helper class because of judgement from other midlle classes and lack of respect by bosses in these fields
