Sometimes we need to spend money if we need quality and long standing product..example is good Branded walking shoes.. addidas..Nike.etc.. Otherwise we will have leg pain in long run..so I don't accept all his points.. otherwise we end up buying low brand shoes again and again which can add upto our cost.

Thanks for the video. But, it is a reality that spending on the above things or other things cannot be controlled by just seeing a video. One needs to change one's mindset and know the psychology of why one is spending; only then can it be controlled. I became financially aware a few years back and spread financial awareness content to my close friends whenever I see quality content. But ALAS! NOTHING changes. Rather, I become the joke of the day. i think the point for education one wrongly mentioned here, education is the one of the biggest investment . But yes that's true that if student is able to focus by his own on studies using RUclips content or any other affordable platform then that's perfect you can head on, but initially to make him/her realise the actual dream of his life(i am talking about academic students) initially either parents or any other has to do this work.......I relate this with my example, by the way i am Deepak Malik from IIT Roorkee

I agree with most of the things pointed out.. But for home I have other opinion say you said for a loan of 40 lakh for 20 years you pay 45 lakh extra but you won't pay rent for twenty years and the valuation of house/flat would be almost 4-5 times. For many housing is the biggest necessity..

I agree with most of the things pointed out.. But for home I have other opinion say you said for a loan of 40 lakh for 20 years you pay 45 lakh extra but you won't pay rent for twenty years and the valuation of house/flat would be almost 4-5 times. For many housing is the biggest necessity..

You are only partially right. Ones I agree on are- weddings ( money is a total waste). Coaching ( it's maddening). House is a different ball game. It comes with a lot of security. Sake with cars. One just needs to 3naure not to buy too expensive ones (compared to income)

Nowadays in India to get a girlfriend you need a good sports bike and have to spend a lot before marriage. For arrange marriage a guy must own a house, a car and good bank balance. Also he has to spend a lot in marriage and pre-wedding as well. Even if we men wants to save money and lead a minimalistic lifestyle we can't because modern women (also those who lives in villages) are materialistic and believes in show-offs. Only if a guy gets a mature, understanding and minimalist girl then only we men can save money and avoid getting poor.
Why would you need to "get a gf"? Buy things only because you need them, not to impress anyone . It's totally not worth it. Buy sports bike only if you're an avid bike lover, not to get a girl. It's your money, you should spend it for your happiness 1st.
