I totally Agree with you but i Have only one question at age of 20 where will we get 20k in rupees per month and How? Some people get only 6K per month as salary yes there are exceptions but max to max they will earn 15K at most if he is not backed by any business class or such type of families.

Investing money for 40 years and expecting return around 50cr seems good. But after 40 years that 50cr doesn't sounds as good as it does today. It would be equivalent to 1.5-3cr today, So investing in solid form like assets and properties is a better idea.

I am great full to my lord Allah that I don't own new car rather I have a second hand well maintained XUV 500 which I owned through 100% cash payment which we saved for 5 years and we don't own anything on emi if we could afford then only we buy otherwise we save our earnings and the phone I am using is under 15k but apart from that I have 3 stories house Air conditioners refrigerator laptop smart tv automatic washing machine etc. all which is needed for basic living and also have some plots and another house too which will be used for commercial purposes like children's higher education and all and still we save and then we invest or buy basic necessities and no fizool kharcha and all.
