Truly saying I don't comment on videos just see and left but himeesh sir or bhaiya literally very useful video I got an extra point that to imagine the pain after that small pleasure of RUclips shorts or reels which will happen. What I do is I get my phone locked from my mother and ask her even if I die don't open it it's hard but after 2 days only it results boom discipline being at peak And another thing is I start workload excessively and reduce sleep ( I know reducing sleep affects my brain but I believe wasting whole year because of the reason that if I reduce sleep my brain won't work is stupidity which I did for exactly 1 year). So I reduced my sleeping from 7 hours to 5½ then 4 which is helping me to reach my discipline
