- A guide to building Ahab, badass Sentry Bot constructed by the Rust Devils. Ahab's paint job looks like a darker version of the dark green paint. Dark gray, dark green or no paint are the closest. Black paint hides the bolts in leg joints, and they’re visible on the real Ahab.

Say, Fluffy. I've been traveling around with Ada for a little bit, and she doesn't seem to have many reactions to locations the way that other companions do (which makes me sad), but she does have a lot of more generic ones, some of which you've made videos for (such as when the Sole Survivor takes damage after a fall). Perhaps you should consider a compilation video of Ada's reactions to things you've made videos for previously? Get her up to date with the other companions in terms of your standard videos?

ok im having trouble deciding on weapons for my automatron id like to know the range and rate of fire im liking the laser gat i got my eye on lightning gun and heavy flamer now i want a close range and a mid to far range i do know the laser gat goes plenty far i seen it in action wow now the lightning gun jumps from 1 enemy to another while the heavy flamer is 1 big ball of flame anything im missing or do you have any more info on automaton weapons?
I mean, rebuilding that thing is just so fitting, especially if you're a raider.

Well, you CAN get robotic dogs that walk around with the rust devils when they attack settlements or just appear in the game. You can't build them. but they ARE hackable.

I hope in the dlc where you can make settlers fight you can get robots to fight too.
So it looks like warmonger items are good as resisting standard damage but not energy damage, but they have effects like improved melee damage, bleed, stagger, or knock down in exchange.
If you want the best protection possible, you settle for acuated or voltic pieces. If you purely want your robots to look cooler but at the cost of their defense, you go for the warmonger pieces like you'd mentioned.
I freaken love this. I have a thing for sentry bots.

Just an idea, why not make differnt class robots for things like farming or scavenging.

I have only built two robots so far as I'm playing a companionless character.
Jezebel, the most plain looking armor, yellow, Assultron Torso, Mr. Handy Thruster, no arms.
And the provisioner for Mechanist's Lair:
Ahab's head, Orange,
Assultron Torso, Factory back armor, Storage front armor,
Mr. Handy Thruster, Actuated armor,
Protectron Arms, Factory Armor,
Vice Grip Hands,
Looks awesome.

I "Rebuilt" Sarge from the Old Guns quest from the Castle basement
I feel like sentry bots would be perfect to replace pack brahmin.
FYI sentry bots have Shoulder Mounted Rocket Launchers under the Torso category, must be for sentry's only. I tried other torsos. Makes it so sentrys have 2 canons on the back so you could have 5 weapons. 2 hand weapons, 2 shoulder Mounted Rocket Launchers & try using assaultron lazer head. THATS 5 WEAPONS on a sentry

The Aetherpunk Seriously i'm not shitting you i fully converted codsworth to a Sentry and torso category had shoulder Mounted Rocket Launchers as an option & i used a assaultron lazer head. I had 5 weapons on codsworth. 2 automatic Lazer Rifles as hands, 2 shoulder Mounted Rocket Launchers & assaultron lazer head. It can kill DeathClaws in seconds
The left arm is the warmonger spiked plate and the right arm is the barbaric serrated plate

The skull on ahab face looks like a DeathClat
That's because it is a deathclaw skull. If you went through this DLC and looked at every terminal, one of them tells you that Ivey (leader of the rust devils) killed a deathclaw and put it's skull on Ahab.
How come I haven't encountered sentry arms yet?

+stryzee robots only maintain 1 crop while humans maintain several crops

Claire Whitley protectron golem head sentry with mininukes and two skulls on the shoulders named cerberus with all warmonger plating, two gatling lazers and tesla coils. The deep clicking voice that sounds almost like a growl and black paint. Not only that but 20+ of them in one settlement, each one differentiated only a different head. If you saw that in fallout and it was hostile you would either - A) pull out the fat man and pray. Or B) turn around and leave.
