The Rust Devil dungeon was very Terminator-esque. Except for the tanks. They looked very Metal Slug-esque.

But when I went to the robot workshop, it said I could only modify Ada, Jezebel, or Curie
The robot in the loading screen has multiple different armours on the same piece of the body like the 2 different back armours that he has on at once

question, how to you get the highlighting of the parts in the crafting menu to look like that? with only the outline? Because for me it har a bunch of lines all across it, making it hard to see what the part looks like, and it's like this in power armor crafting too! how do you switch it
Hey Fluffy I was wondering if you could do the special dialog with Jezebel using the first sarcastic when she's in her new body because when I finished the game with the brotherhood I did it and my character she said I was going to attach jezebels head to liberty primes body

Can you modify the institute synths to look like terminators or something else that's kinda crazy? Or are they hands off? Maybe someone needs to make it possible to "tinker" with the institute synths.

Curious Fluff-meister: Are you familiar with Starcraft? If so, there's a character in the Legacy of the Void dlc for Starcraft 2 who goes by the name Fenix; Talandar by the end. Awesome character him, but he's essentially a machine in this dlc. So my question is this; Is it possible you can try to make a robot that looks like Fenix/Talandar from LOTV in Automatron? If yes, I'd be very interested in seeing what you make him look like. :) He might be a little...complicated to work with though, I won't lie.

I think it would be interesting if you can build a Cylon Centurion. I think there are enough in game models for one of the old models (from the first war). When the creation kid finally comes out, I'm sure there will be a mod to build all models.

how do you get the steel fence going around the top of the castle
There is a mod called 'Homemaker' on the FO4 Nexus that allows construction of rusted and pristine versions of chain-link fences, complete with gates and angled fences of various lengths. I'm not exactly sure if this is what the uploader used, but you can definitely recreate this with Homemaker (ed. and creative use of the 'tcl' command to fence around the bastion).

I see all these combinations, but all I do is make modified versions of basic robots, such as a Mr. Handy with arms, but everything else is Mr. Handy parts. Is that strange? Am I not creative?

I dunno why, but while i was playing, a friendly Legendary Gorgon Assaltron that is in fact the one on the loading screen pops out of nowhere and started to following me acting as a companions, except without further dialog, so u can't give orders to her. Just for curious, the voice was same as K-L-E-O
Not quite, the one in the picture isn't possible to make. It has to back armor pieces on. The one with the two gas cylinders and that spiky wing one. Is there a way to actually equip two back pieces, or?
jedadiah Taylor only way possible is there's a mod that extends the Robot workbench on the nexus
I modified mine a bit, gave it the dark bleep voice and dual shishkababs, and named it hellbot.

FluffyNinjaLlama, I suggest going to the General Atomics Factory and visiting the QA department. It's a pretty interesting experience. Maybe some companion comments occur there? I wouldn't know as I went alone.
Is it impossible to mount that barrel on the back while having those wings? So you can't completely remake this robot and that's a shame. I want it to look just as bulky as on the loading screen :/

My bot was a sentry build with robobrain tracks which gave it more speed and maneuverability. All the limbs use voltaic armor and I gave it a missile launcher for one hand and a gatling laser for the other and named it Thor. It murders everything. For my assaultron build I went for a much lighter build. It doesn't hold up very well but I wanted something that could go nearly anywhere I could and a heavy build just can't really do that. It's name is Saulty.

Left hand sinister plate isn't there for me but I completed the final Automatron quest which unlocks all robot parts.
On wait I found out I needed Assaultron claws so I can't get that armor I don't have Blacksmith, armor smith or robotics expert perks unlocked so yeah...
When you give it the female processed voice it sounds a lot more menacing.

Just created the robot, but my version is different, different name, paint, and uses hydraulic head armor.
eh i just gave ada the best assultron eye and speced her into energy damage and made her a sentry robot, seems a bit more OP imo
