TW: Sexual harassment and gross men getting away with it. TLDR at the end.
My brother (trans) was sexually harassed by a supervisor at a place that I worked at too. This supervisor *refused* to do any parts of his job for more than 5 minutes at a time. We worked in a fast-food coffee shop for a major company. He would sit in the office and watch sports or sit in the bathroom for an hour and make joints or even just walk around singing at the top of his lungs. Literally baby songs like Itsy Bitsy spider. This man was 30 and nearly a decade older than me, my brother was 17 at the time. He would stick his grubby hands in the bacon tin, and at the end of the day dump it onto the floor, knowing that whoever was closing with him would have to pick it up (always me or my brother). This man walked up to my brother talking about religion, then swerved it into pro-life bs. When my brother said he didn't want kids and abortion is healthcare, this man told him he needed to get sterilized. This freaking sleazeball told my brother that he just *knew* that I wanted to have kids (despite the fact that he had tried the same thing with me but in a more "you should just be yourself and not think about other people" kind of way so I just told him I hate kids) and when my brother said "uh no they don't" he said "Yes she does, and if she doesn't she needs to get sterilized too". (this b*tch knew my pronouns were they/them and used them around me) This man *followed my brother around the store* preaching about me and my brothers bodies for at least 10 minutes. The district manager told me that this hag wouldn't be in the next day (my shift) and that I should show. I show up, and not only was this greasy man-child still there, but the DM guilt tripped me into working another shift with him by downplaying the situation and saying he was sooooo "sorry" (He later went to my aunt who *also* worked there and went off about how unreasonable and spoilt me and my brother are, my aunt was *furious*). AND THEN when me and my brother said we can't work with him anymore, the DM's response was "Okay then, you both only get to work 1 day a week, *maybe* 2. He still gets 5 days though." I had been there 3 months longer than the supervisor and obviously was significantly harder working, seeing as I would consistently have to take care of several hour-long rushed completely by myself every shift while this guy would literally sh*t himself. (My brother was unfortunately forced to clean it up...) I had been *asking* for a supervisor position up until the harassment had happened.
TLDR: If someone makes you uncomfortable at the workplace, do *not* work with them again. Even if they "feel sorry" or a higher-up asks you to or says it's "unfair" to them. Say no, and rally your fellow coworkers to strike or straight up leave. If you're unable to leave asap, then immediately take any paid leave you might have, and use that time to find a new job. No paid leave? Then sadly you'll have to put up with it until you can get another job, but seriously do *not* stay there. Your health is *not* worth it.

The best part about the Icelandic Women's Strike is that 10% of women still continued to work their essential jobs in the city and the strike didn't even last all day. I only lasted about eight hours, but the country STILL fell apart, especially in rural areas, where men apparently do everything. XD

also different people have different libidos. If someone isn't satisfying your needs and it really effects you, they may not be the right person for you. Instead of getting mad at them they need to sit down and have a discussion and if they can't come to an agreement then they need to break up, not take it out on each other or threaten to break up or cheat. Breaking up with someone because they don't want to have sex with you enough or want to have it way more than you is completely valid. If they only want sex and give nothing else to the relationship then thats a problem (unless thats also what you want). Any kind of relationship is valid as long as long as both people are happy, and if they are not then thats not a good relationship.Find someone else instead of trying to mold someone into what you want.

YOU DESERVE TO BE RESPECTED AND GENUINELY CARED FOR. No matter who you are. You are not an object. You are not a possession. You are worth far more than you believe you are. Not being in a relationship is scary, but not as scary as killing your own soul by staying with an abuser. Because I did this, I happen to know that women do every kind of work. It's nonsense to say women don't build houses, repair sewers, string electric lines, &c. I've been watching, I've *_SEEN_* women doing it.
BTW, the people I pointed out to my kids usually enjoyed the attention. Sometimes they'd say something like, "You don't want this job", and one said, "The last time someone pointed me out to their kid, they said, 'Study hard, or you'll wind up like him'." I really do respect all jobs, even if some of them are hard and dirty and don't pay well (those jobs should pay better, though).
