    My record went from 25 minutes to 23 minutes after following this routine for 2 weeks.

    Mai 2 month se running kar raha hu. Mera 5 km running timing:-21minit lag raha hai... Assam commando battalion may 20 minit timing deta hai... Aur mera interview august mai hai.. To muse atcha sa trick de do.. Taki mai 19 minit may running complete kar saku... Please sir 🙏

    Work out main time mension kare please, ki kitne time main 400X3 ya 1200X2 yah phir koi bhi round kitne time main karna hai yeh bataye please.🙏🏻

      400 = 1:05 se 1:10sec
      800 = 2:30 se 2:40
      1200 = 3:50 se 4:00

    Ab police physical h Mera toh running 5 km hi nhi ho Rahi ..tum ye bta rahe ho toh ek saath toh bahut load pdega ....kya karu koi upaay btaao bro

    Sir muje knee ki vein pain horahi he nd doctor ne muje rest karne ko bola he lakin meri exam 7th December ko he to muje running chalu rakh na he to me kya karu pls repay me kee pain ki baje se me 2k ho dod pa rara hu pahele me 5k 23 minute me pura karta tha so ples replay me im waiting for your replay

      Dekho Injury ko ache se treat karo agar force karoge to jyada problem ho jayegi 2 din rest karke and kuch treatment lo agar relief aata hai tabhi continue training karna
      And knee pain ke liye ek Calcium tablet h vo lo usse jaldi relief atta hai
