I started running 1 months back, i did 1 month training on my own. First i was not even able to complete 2km run, hardly able to do 1800m and today after 1 month i finished 5km run in 31min and 50sec non stop. Now I will follow this routine for next 1 month and will update my timing improvement.

5 km 20 min me nikalana h.. aur 5km ka time 30min aa rha h aur heart rate bohot jyada hota h (190-200 bpm). Brisk walking me bhi heart rate 140-150 tk pahuch jata h.. Jogging karo 8 min/km ya 6min/km heart rate 180-190+ hi rehta h.. long run (8k-10k-12k) me kese daud lagaye ki pace bhi increase ho aur heart rate bhi kam ho jaay. 1 month se running start kiya h. Aapka program follow karunga but 3 month me result chahiye (3:30km/min). Pls bataye.
